Great hard working crew. No issues and would hire again. All pool companies have different sub contractors and require payment prior to work starting. This is an Anthony and Sylvan pool contractor and nothing but goods things to say.

Horrible! The firepit has been falling apart since day one. The pavers have never had enough grout/sand to hold them together. The ground was never leveled before putting in the pavers. I emailed and called numerous times. I would be told they would come out and they NEVER did! My decking and firepit are falling apart like they have been there for 30 yrs! This company apparently doesn't care about quality OR their customers OR their reputation. I DO not recommend this company. We paid them at least $15-20,000 and the job looks like crap! Installed pool deck. The concrete started chipping and cracking. Removed a section and reinstalled concrete, but did not put the color in the concrete to match the previous pour (we paid additional $810 for color). Several slabs cracking now. They are refusing to fix, replace, etc. saying it isn't structural issues. Have had other concrete contractors look at it and say they ARE structural cracks. Looks horrible and getting worse and worse!!!! Owner is very confrontational and unprofessional. This has been going on since 2017!!!!!!!

We love our paver patio and walkways! This family-owned business did a beautiful quality job. Since they offered the best value for money that we could find (we compared prices with three other contractors) we were able to significantly increase the size of our project. Concrete Master has experience and craftsmanship. As we added to the project we had to address grading issues and each time the owner, Silvio, came out to fully explain our options and explain what it would look like. The foreman, Fernando, was an expert. If we ever had a question, the owner's wife, Bella, responded quickly. We felt confident in their engineering and they solved all of our drainage issues. Additionally, they have an eye for design and made suggestions we had not considered. They have worked in partnership with a pool builder for years and years so they also have a good reputation within the industry. How much do we recommend this company? We're hoping to work with them on a new project at my Mother-in-law's home.
