Just wrapped an interior paint job done by Charles Graves Painting of our 5000sq ft Alexandria home. Involved stripping two layers of wallpaper, skim-coating, then priming and painting. Very good process from start to finish - protected everything, cleaned up appropriately each day, then did a final touchup and clean up that left me searching for something to find wrong. Couldn't find anything! Highly recommend them

They were FAST, detailed, and easy to work with. I had the entire interior of my house painted and a fireplace white washed and they knocked out this huge project in only 5 days! We were scheduled to move in to the home right after the painting was complete, so I was very happy they kept to the requested timeline and even finished early which allowed us more time to prepare for the move. They covered every inch of our floor with plastic for protection, and I was so impressed with their methods. The finished job looks incredible and I am so happy!

We hired Charles Graves Painting to patch and repaint the interior of the entire office building. They did a wonderful job for a great price. They showed up when they promised and he completed the job earlier. We will definitely call them for our next project.

Had a fantastic experience with Charles Graves Painting and would like to acknowledge Jorge’s crew that performed the work for particular care, timeliness, hustle, and positive attitude. I needed five rooms painted on short notice, got three quotes, went with these guys based on efficiency, price point, engagement with project. They got it done. Needed some carpentry in the mix, no prob; they came back for a follow up to fix a door handle a week later. Just all in all a super troupe. Rooms look great, no mess, as delightful as comprehensive paint job could be. Will recommend these guys without reservation to anyone asking.

The team at Charles Graves Painting did incredible work on a huge project (our entire 4-floor home, including ceilings, moldings, kitchen cabinets, and stained wood built-ins). Everything looks beautiful and they were also really lovely to work with, which is a breath of fresh air. I will certainly use them again for other future projects. They were also able to do a specialty paint project with Limewash paint.

Absolutely great experience! I have remodeled many homes over the years and my experience with Charles couldn't have been better. Did exactly what he said he would in a timely manner and the finish product was excellent. Everything was covered well. Paint lines were perfect and the coverage was all that it could be. Highly recommend as he will be my painter on all future jobs.

I am a general manager for a local business and needed to get the interior of my store repainted. We received several bids for the project. Charles Graves Painting was the only one who followed up with the bid and also took the time to listen to my concerns about the project. We were able to schedule outside of business hours so it wouldn’t interrupt the guests shopping the store. Each morning the team arrived on time and ready to start the day. They were very professional and took extra care to make sure that the products in my store were covered and protected incase of any accidents. Charles was great to work with. During the estimate, he had so much knowledge and gave me great advice, none of the other companies did that. I felt very confident that he was going to have my best interest in mind while doing this project.The team he sent out was great and did a beautiful job with covering my belongings, my whole main level was done in a very efficient way. On the recommendation of a neighbor, my husband and I engaged Charles Graves Painting to paint our home's stucco and wood trim exterior. After a color consultation with Ana (she's incredibly helpful!), a power washing, and a few minor repairs, the painting began on September 10th. Our project manager was Ricardo. He was clear about everything that was planned and was responsive to our questions and concerns. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed. He's easy to talk with and very adept at what he does. Beside an excellent job of creating a silky smooth surface on our front and back entry doors, he did an excellent job replacing the kick plate under the back door. The other members of the crew were all friendly and they worked carefully to limit any damage to our numerous foundation plants. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. It was worth the cost and we would absolutely hire them again!

I cannot say enough about this company... it really seems like companies who keep their word are a rare breed these days. Charles Graves Painting gave a timely, accurate estimate, confirmed with me and showed up a day EARLIER than scheduled to get started, they were here every day at 8 on the dot and worked practically non stop until 4 PM or later and Emilio communicated the progress the entire time. Charles goes above and beyond and he and the team are amazingly personable and professional. We could not be happier with the level of prep work, painting expertise and thorough cleanup from this team. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Highly recommend this company!!

This was the second time I've worked with Charles Graves Painting and would highly recommend them for your paint projects. I requested an estimate and Charles came, on time, and was very knowledgable and professional. During the estimate Charles provided suggestions and helped with decisions we needed help with. He provided the estimate the next day as promised. The price was not lower than the other estimates but from previous experience with them I knew they would do a good job. Once the start time was set, they were very flexible with delays that I had. Ana gladly pushed it out several times to meet my schedule. She's friendly, professional and responsive and was always easy to reach and get back to me. The painters showed up on time, worked hard long hours and cleaned up after themselves. They were personable and always checked with us to make sure we were happy with their progress. As it was a large job, there were a few minor touch ups needed. I talked to the Juan, the team leader and he immediately got Saul, a top notch painter to fix everything I asked for. It's great to work with a company that still believes in customer service and taking pride in their work

We had a great experience with CGP painting the outside of our house. The crew was on time every morning, professional/courteous, and didn’t cut any corners. We’ve already received several compliments from neighbors. Charles and Ana were responsive throughout the entire process and there weren’t any surprises. Highly recommend

I was very pleased with the price, quality of work, and the timing my project was completed. Charles was very professional and provided the kind of service I will use again and feel confident telling my friends to use. He was timely and offered valuable advice on some of my project hurdles. When they arrived to start they were sure to properly cover and protect all of our furniture and items as they moved around the house working. Painters were efficient and the work looks great!

My next door neighbor used them to power wash and paint her house. She was very satisfied with their work so I thought I’d try them. Charles was very polite and accommodating. His response time to my messages was quite prompt. Juan spent the entire day washing everything in my yard, house and shed. He was meticulous and took great care to move the deck furniture without scratching the wood planks. The team that came out for the painting was amazing, great attention to detail and pointed out things that I wouldn't even noticed, it was refreshing. I’ll definitely use them again!

Charles was extremely easy to deal with and FAST! He was able to get back to us with a quote on the same day he inspected our house and able to start a few days later. Because he has a bigger team, the job went by very quickly. Our house was beautifully painted and provided a lovely back drop for staged furniture for the sale of our property. I have used Charles a couple of times before and whenever I need a painter, I always reach out. They have been painting my house for years, as I do a few projects at a time. This time they did all the trim on the exterior of our home and they did a great job,. I had old yellow trim and they helped me select a white that makes the home look more modern and clean. We had some outdated wallpaper that needed to be removed from 2 rooms of our new home, we hired Charles Graves Painting, They removed the wallpaper and painted walls and ceilings. They did an amazing job

They painted our yellowed maple kitchen cabinets in an off-white color, and the island cabinets in a grey-blue. They did such an amazing job that the finish looked like it came from the factory. They were extremely neat and covered everything perfectly. We are ecstatic about our new kitchen! I highly recommend them!

I needed to replace drywall and repaint the ceiling of my living room and bedroom because of the leak from last June, after meeting with Charles I ended adding a few more rooms to be painted. Very fast response from the them. Charles was very helpful, He came to my house for the inspection. He walked me through the process, took photos of the rooms then provided me the estimate. It's not very cheap but it's still worth it, it was a complicated job The following week, their painters came, replaced all the drywall and did the painting They did an amazing job. The whole team were also very cool and polite. Very easy to talk with them.

They just completed the interior painting of our home and they did an excellent job. Our home is almost 6000 sq ft, Charles brought in an amazing team, they were very careful with our stuff and surfaces like new floors, countertops, etc.. I love how the colors the designer picked turned out and how bright and clean every room looks. The team was very nice and responsive. I asked them millions of questions and they had a lot of patience to walk me through everything. Their process really is seamless and they have great eye for details. I'm very impressed and will definitely use them again
