We had a great experience with Charles Graves Painting, the owners Ana and Charles were great to work with. They communicated with us every day on what they were doing and made it convenient for us during the painting process of our home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great customer experience when painting their home.

Charles Graves Painting did an incredible job on my interior and exterior remodel. I really appreciate attention to detail, making sure the surfaces were primed properly before spraying. I used Charles Graves Painting to paint my kitchen, dining room, entryway, and super vaulted scary stairwell and they did a truly incredible job. From estimate to completion they went above and beyond every day. They treated my home with the utmost respect and even greeted my puppy every morning. Sounds like a small thing, but I have mad respect for people who wear things like masks and eye protection when dealing with renovations. Charles the owner was incredibly easy to work with. He was very communicative, set up an appointment for me to meet with color specialist to pick the perfect color, and was very organized. they painted my unit and was incredibly thorough. He guarantees his work and did a beautiful job. After receiving a few quotes I am SO GLAD I chose him for my project. Could not recommend Charles Graves Painting enough.

Charles was very professional and responsive. He and the project team leader kept in touch with us regarding schedule changes due to the weather, then brought the workers needed to get the job accomplished within our timeline. Outstanding - Charles and Ana were wonderful to work with - they were very responsive to our needs regarding scheduling and were great communicating about the work. The crew led by Alex was a delight to work with - they were absolutely terrific in performing the job, ensuring that all work was high quality and was completed on schedule, even to the point that when one team member was unavoidably delayed one day, Alex's wife joined him to ensure the work proceeded as planned. They took great care with the painting, minimizing spills and drips to essentially zero. They regularly communicated the job status, were both respectful and cheerful to deal with, and unhesitatingly swept and cleaned up afterwards, leaving the property in pristine condition.

Incredible company who performed a quality paint job on our very challenging home. The painters were professional, and the finished product far exceeded our expectations. I don't think they were the cheapest bid but Charles enthusiasm, professionalism and attitude won us over. It was worth every penny and more, He and his entire team were friendly and professional and the quality of the work was truly outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of immediately and made the entire process stress free. We couldn't be happier with finished product, it was quite a transformation. We used Charles Graves Painting twice this year, once for our exterior and once for the interior. The painters were extremely efficient, finishing sooner than expected both times and doing flawless work. Just as important, communication was excellent. Any time I texted a question to anyone involved, I received an answer within a few hours. We had actually chosen Charles the first time because a neighbor had told us he got five bids for his house, and Charles was the best for knowledge and quality. Combine that with great service and great work and that’s impossible to beat.

So impressed with the paint job. My siding is original aluminum and was so faded and chalky. After Charles Graves Painting painted my siding looks brand new! Charles was so nice and welcoming when he came for a quote. Juan and his team respected my property and were so accomodating and clean. Very happy. I did Light French Gray Sherwin Williams, that their designer Sara helped me select!

Our exterior trim was getting quite faded after eight years so we wanted to get it repainted. We had three different bids in various ranges and went with Charles Graves Painting. They came out three days in advance and pressure washed the exterior trim but essentially did the whole house. They came out today and did the painting. The made sure everything was covered and did a fantastic job. Our house looks 20 years younger. Our painters were Milton and Ali, and both were very professional, courteous and exceptionally well trained. Great experience on all fronts and if I have any future painting work, they will always have my business.
