Very well, my sister loved the birthday gift and hired them on a monthly basis.

They were good but the other one was better. Price was good for what they did.

It went so well that I have arranged for them to come to my house to give me an estimate! I am REALLY upset with my current cleaning service and I am seriously considering switching to Best Cleaning Services. They are a 10 !

I've been using Best for the past two year, on roughly a monthly basis. I don't have a regular schedule, but rather contact them about a week before I'd like to have them come in, and then provide a window when I know I won't be home (typically a full day) and schedule service. They've been very accommodating of working in this manner. In general, I'm quite pleased with the service provided. I doubt my place is very challenging, as it's a small one-bedroom apartment, and I live alone, but aside from a occasional, minor lapse such a a wastebasket not emptied or a corner overlooked, things have been good. While I sometimes wish they'd show a bit more initiative in dusting, cleaning above/under, or in the 'nooks and crannies', they have consistently delivered what was promised. I've never had concerns about items missing or misplaced, and only one minor item has been damaged during the time they've been doing work. Overall, competent and professional, and I'm grateful for the flexible scheduling and reasonable price.

They were fantastic. They came 1-2 days after I ordered the Big Deal because I needed it right away. The two girls they sent were definitely on par, they knew their thing. I was able to talk to them very easily. I'll definitely order them again when I'm back in D.C.

The crew arrived as planned and worked without supervision to our satisfaction.

For this service, they were supposed to come between 2-2:30 pm but by 3 pm no one had shown up and I hadn't received a call. I had to call the provider and didn't get anyone so I left a voicemail. I also sent an email to see if I could get anyone that way. I ended up having to leave around 4 pm, 2 hours after they were supposed to be there. I called them again and left another voicemail saying that I needed to leave. When I got back from my running my other errands they were at my home cleaning because my husband had come home and they showed up afterwards. While they always do a very good job of cleaning and they're very personable and professional in their work. Time seems to be an issue for them based on this experience as well as previous experiences.

They did an excellent job! They cleaned about 5 rooms in my home plus my basement. They even vacuumed my couches. They definitely went above and beyond for me and I will certainly be using them again!

Great- fast, efficient, and everything was super clean.

They started with the upstairs master bath. They did a great job with my shower. Once they got to the main level, they rushed a little bit. But that is only because my house was a mess! They didn't get some spider webs in the corners of ceiling. All in all, they did a great job in a short amount of time.

Overall, very happy with the service. I'm fairly particular, and would normally prefer to do my own cleaning, but have time constraints, and can't always get to the above/under/in the corners cleaning. Each time have purchased a Deal for the service - no discount, but it's prepaid and that's convenience. The cleaners come as a team of three (which I prefer) and the lead has been excellent with communication and following through on requests. There are usually some small things that are overlooked, but I think that if I was using them on a scheduled basis that would be easily addressed with some feedback. Only issue I've had is that the office could be more responsive. It seems to work best to call directly during regular office hours, rather than expecting email or voice message after hours to be responded to.

I am very satisfied. They were very, very courteous, on time, and they did a thorough job.
