Description of Work: Best Cleaning Service would not provide service to my area, so I had to do the legwork to obtain a refund from Angie's List, which took a few days after I paid the $. You should never have to pay for a service only then to find out later they won't provide service to your zipcode.

Description of Work: Three weeks in advance I booked the service to clean my daughter's apartment during Parent's Weekend. I've used other companies such as Skilled Maids with superb results. When they said they were sending 3 people for 80 minutes, I asked for 2 people for 2 hours because it is a small apartment and I feared we'd be tripping over each other. They sent an incomprehensible message and told me to call for a refund. This was 10pm the night before they were due to come at 8:30.

Description of Work: The cleaner told me that the deal was only for light dusting and it did not include the kitchen or appliances. Here's the Deal: $90.00 for four hours of housecleaning; extra time can be purchased for an additional 30 per hour Deal includes one cleaner for four labor hours or two cleaners for two labor hours or three cleaners for an hour and 20 minutes Deal includes deep cleaning of your kitchen (outside of appliances included), bathrooms, and bedrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash I would like a refund.
