+ -1 moreThe workers arrived 1 1/2 hours late after a message was left on the contact phone number. Once they arrived, they did a good job and stayed 20 minutes longer than they were supposed to. So a good product was delivered albeit late.

+ -1 moreThe women who cleaned were nice and professional. Not sure if it was the most thorough job, but I was happy that the whole house was visibly clean versus incomplete. Only issue is that they are only available during the week day to clean.
Description of Work: Two cleaners arrived early in the window I was given, and they were able to make everything look clean within the time allotted.

+ -1 moreTheir work is outstanding! They did not miss a spot anywhere. It is truly an impeccable cleaning. My husband and I have 2 cats and 2 dogs so the hair buildup can be a problem. After the cleaning, you can't even tell that animals live here. The whole house smells amazing! We will only be using Best Cleaning Service from now on. Thanks again!
Description of Work: I need my upstairs and downstairs floors cleaned, bathrooms, and kitchen. The window for service for 8:30-3, they showed up around 11:45 am, and were done by 1:45 pm.

Marco did a walk-through with me to identify what we specifically wanted cleaned and then the cleaning staff went to work. I think they did a thorough and efficient job, and everything looks great. + -1 moreThey showed up on time and were very friendly. I have used this service a few times, and all the people are nice and polite. They clean quickly, but each team is a little different. Some do the extras (wiping down the inside of the fridge and wiping down the fan blades) and some don't, but all do the basic stuff, and leave the house clean.
Description of Work: Basic cleaning of house. Floors mopped, carpet vacuumed, kitchen cleaned, bathrooms done and dusting.
