Description of Work: They cleaned most of the rooms on two levels in our house. The crew was prompt and did a good job on the cleaning, but there were details about the deal that the company didn't tell me about ahead of time (I don't recall that they told me the team composition and they didn't tell me ahead of time that the deal was for only 2 floors. I probably would have had them clean the same rooms, but I was considering having them do the finished basement, which would have been a 3rd floor and extra cost. Would have been better to know all the conditions of the deal ahead of time.
