Description of Work: I have used them twice and each time they were prompt, courteous, and provided good service for the money. I will continue to ask them to clean for me on an intermittent basis.

Description of Work: Today, Apr 5th, I had my first experience with Best Cleaning. The team cleaned the main and upper levels of our single family house. There was a three team member crew which wasted no time getting started and finishing up. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. I appreciate the level of detail, specifically wiping down electric switch plates, tops and sides of stainless steel trash cans, tidying up slip covers on chairs, cleaning inside of toaster oven, wiping down the stainless steel refrig and not leaving streaks, cleaning hardwood floors wiping WITH the grain (I've experienced cleaners who do not do that). AND...this is the first company to clean our sliding glass patio doors...inside and outside. Companies do the inside but never the outside. This was a pleasant surprise. They did a good job dusting furniture. They also move light furniture to clean behind. I will definitely use them again. And I hope to be as satisfied with their work in two weeks when they return.

Description of Work: They cleaned very well and responded when I asked them to specifically clean the shower curtain. I was very specific about what I wanted and they did very well. My only issue was that they were over an hour late from the time frame they provided. And I had to call them because no one contacted me. Also, they ended a little early but I wasn't going to complain. I guess I would use their service again if I received the same rate.

Description of Work: It took a while to get a hold of them on the day of service. The work had to be performed shorter than agreed upon because they were late and I had another appointment to get to. I will never

Description of Work: Scheduling was a bit challenging. They gave me a window of time for arrival, but did not know how many cleaners would be coming. That meant I did not know how long they would be at my house. That made it difficult to plan my day. Once the two cleaners arrived, they were phenomenal, which is why I am giving them an A rating. They did an excellent job and cleaned from top to bottom.

Description of Work: It was ok. They cleaned. They were not as thorough as some other cleaners that I have found on Angie list. They broke my mop, but they paid for it. They brought an ancient, very dirty looking mop to clean with. I didn't want them using it on my house. Their vacuum was also questionable. They were not terrible. The price was very good. They were nice on the phone and in email. I might give them another chance.
