Description of Work: Even though my zip code was right in the middle of all they do they contacted me and said that they did not do my zip code (20769). I paid for cleaning I never received. They told me I had to contact Angies list to get money back - I tried but never received money back and don't really know how to get it back. If Best Cleaning Services got the money from Angies list shouldn't they give it back to me?
