They did a great job cleaning the whole apartment. The bathroom needed the most work and they did a wonderful job getting it cleaned. I would use them again in the future.

Two ladies arrived 8:45 AM. They left around 11:30am.

The cleaners had a tough task to clean up after a large remodel project. The entire floor was very dusty and covered with foot prints. The floor looks amazing and windows are very clean. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well. I noticed after the cleaners left that they did not clean one room that I had asked them to clean.

Three cleaners came and spent 1.5 hours cleaning our house - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, family room, living room, dining room and kitchen. They dusted, vacuumed, moped. When they arrived they had an idea of how to split and tackle the work. One person worked on the kitchen only, one was designated for the bathrooms and the other for dusting. They were able to finish the house having done a good basic job. They were mostly efficient, however we have a tiny kitchen, and it probably did not need that much attention. Having said that, if you have a large kitchen, having one person assigned to it is great!

Good work with the vacuum and wet mop; it needed a thorough job!

Carmen said that the Angie's list $90 deal that I had paid would only permit them to clean two of the three floors in the town home. I paid an extra $30 for them to clean the finished basement. They would not clean the first level bathroom for the additional $30 and said the bathroom cleaning would be $60. Since the bathroom was already clean, I declined that and they just cleaned the hardwood floor and vacuumed the carpet. Three people showed up and they were done with the whole job in about an hour and 15 minutes.

It went very well. I explained what I. Wanted done and where and they did the work well in a timely manner. They cleaned the main and lower levels of the house including a powder room and kitchen.I was well satisfied with the work and I a have asked them to continue on a monthly basis. I would recommend they to others. I hope that by giving my address on this it will not be shared on your list reviews for public viewing.

I purchased the 4 hours for $90.00 special and 2 employees came for 2 hours which is what I expected. They were prompt, easy to schedule with, professional and did a great job. It was a little hectic because I was having all of my carpeting cleaned professionally at the same time which is why I didn't have them vacuum or do the floors. However, they did not mind and still did everything that I wanted them to do and did a very good job. I will definitely use them again! They even folded the toilet paper on the rolls like they do in hotels! That was just a little nice touch!

Their three-person team arrived on time, pleasantly surveyed what my home looked like and took directives on what & where I would like specific tasks performed. Marco even "went above & beyond" in plugging in an electric extension device, behind my refrigerator, that I had been unable to reach! The entire team worked well, together, knew their workplace-designated areas of expertise, and went about their business with little necessary oversight, leaving me reassured and comfortable in that they would complete their mission -- which they did within the time frame quoted! I was thoroughly impressed with their prompt and courteous communications, a refreshing change in that they realize the value that clients place on these courtesies, in coordinating their own personal schedules/agenda. I would definitely welcome Best Cleaning Service into my home, to provide such services, in the future!

The ladies from Best Cleaning just left the house and I wanted to get the review out while everything was fresh in my mind. My wife and I just finished school and had let the house go while we were still in class and working full time. I purchased a deep house cleaning through Angie's List and set up the appointment for a week later - point for Best Cleaning for a rapid response. The appointment was for a show time between 0830-0930, and at 0830 the doorbell rang. They started upstairs in the master bathroom and I got out of their way, retreating to the basement to work for the day while they cleaned. The ladies worked hard and five hours later my house hasn't been this clean since before we moved in. I could not be happier with the work they did. I didn't realize the weight on my shoulders from letting things go, and it feels like I can breath in my own house again. I plan on reaching out to Best in the next few days to set up a recurring visit to help with upkeep. Highly recommend this company. One downside to the entire day is the use of a commercial vacuum as my cats are cowards! They are a little shaken up but will be fine - so if you have pets that are sensitive to a regular vacuum just make sure you are attentive and prepared to handle their reaction. Mine are already coming around.

They were great! The floors look great and they did places most places don’t look like the top of the refrigerator and the stove. The house looks like a library. They were very thorough.

I found them through an Angie's List "deal" and ho use them again on a regular basis. The work was done quickly and thoroughly with good attention to detail. (I hadn't realized, for example, how much dust had accumulated on top of picture frames.) I hope to continue to use this service.

Best Cleaning Service Inc did a great job cleaning my home. The young gentleman I spoke with during the cleaning process was very polite and professional. I will certainly call them back for another cleaning.

It was a 4 hour deal and I was concerned it wouldn't be enough time since it had been a long time since I had done a deep clean. They were there for about 3 hours and finished everything I wanted done. It was well worth the money!

I am extremely happy with Best Cleaning Service, Inc. The are professional, polite, trustworthy and consistent. It is usually a team of 2 or 3 people, and they take about 90 minutes to clean my place. I love that it is fast but spotless. The consistency is the best...they never forget anything and they pay attention to details. I absolutely would recommend this company.

They always accomplish what I ask of them and very sweet-natured.
