They were friendly workers and worked together to do the job well. The housekeeper, one of them, did not quite clean the chrome facet, shower walls, and inside of shower curtain (soap scum). I mentioned this to the other housekeepers and they made sure the previous issues were taken care of promptly to my satisfaction; they even worked over time without charging me. I would use this service again, for sure!

They were terrific. Very responsive, scheduling no problem, polite and pleasant to deal with. They did a good job cleaning the house and I tipped them a lot for their services.

They handle everything I need, so they have been hired to take care of my home.

It went well. Maybe my expectations were a little higher, but overall i was satisfied. I was not happy to hear that they brought children with them to my home to clean up, however.

Two workers came to my home at the time I requested. They were prompt! I asked the workers to clean a full bathroom, vacuum and dust my living room and vacuum my stairs and the foyer. They were both very diligent and their services were excellent. They did a good job dusting and began by dusting the edges of the ceiling. I was very pleased with the disinfecting and cleaning of my bathroom. I specifically asked that they vacuum behind my sofa and in the corners of the living room and they did. The last cleaning service I used failed to go behind my sofa and I didn't notice until after they left. I inspected the bathroom before they left and I did ask one of the workers to go over the light bulbs of my light fixture above the bathroom mirror and he gladly did so. They still looked dusty so I just changed the light bulbs. I would definitely use this service again. I hope they offer a 2 hour cleaning deal rather than the four hours I purchased.

For the most part, they have done a good job on kitchen and bathrooms. However, they didn't mob the basement floor and they didn't call me to ask me if they need to clean the basement floor. If they did call me I would ask them to mob the floor even if I have to pay more money for that task. I ended up hiring someone else for that job.

They did not do 4 full hours of work which was detailed in the description of the ad. Also, they required me to pay extra to clean the refrigerator and the freezer. They also said it would be even more to do the oven. They said it was going to cost more because the house was empty. I am not sure why that was. This was for a rental property (townhouse less than 1000sq ft) which had new carpeting and floors that were already clean. I literally just needed the surfaces to be wiped down and the refrigerator and the oven to be cleaned. I asked them specifically to do just the refrigerator and the oven and they said that would be $150+ I thought for $100 that would be enough to clean 2 appliances. Be warned, those who get this service, they will only do the surfaces and make sure you have the house furnished because they are not happy if it is empty.

They were fast, came on time, and did an excellent job. The whole place smelled clean. Would hire again.

Three people (2 women, 1 man) showed up on time and after going over what I wanted done they got right to work. They were very professional and very personable. They did an excellent job and would definitely use this company again.

When I bought this cleaining service, I said I mainly needed a deep cleaning for 4 1/2 bath rooms. The day of the service, 2 women and 1 man showed up for the works. When I saw only one woman cleaned the master room and requested the other two to clean the remaing bathrooms. They replied to me that they would only clean kitchen and not bathrooms (?). This sounded very strange and ridiculous to hear! Within less than 3 1/2 hours, they did a quick cleaning job and left. I would not hire them again!

The service was good. They were friendly and courteous. They have helpful tips on maintaining the house in between cleans. You get what you pay for. They were pretty responsive. They were on time.

I bought the deal for $90 for four hours of cleaning on a Friday, and Best Cleaning got right back to me to schedule a time first thing on Tuesday morning. I was very impressed by their quick response, and answers to my questions. As others have said, they sent 3 people, who got right to work when they arrived promptly at 8:30am. I was worried that the four hours wouldn't be enough to get our whole house clean, as it had been awhile since we dusted, but when I arrived home, the place was spotless and smelled like a clean hotel room. They even cleaned the crumbs out of my toaster oven! We've been looking for a regular cleaner, and will definitely be calling Best Cleaning again.

We bought their deal of $90.00 home cleaning service for 4 hours and I personally requested them to come over in the morning since I have a doctor's appointment that afternoon. The 3 member crew showed up on time and they started right in after I showed them what I wanted. ?Excellent Work?. Both ladies and Gentleman were cordial and did an excellent job cleaning my home. The family room, master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were sparkling. I loved how organized they were. They all knew exactly who was doing what and they went right to work. They we fast, but very thorough. Over all, we are very pleased with Best Cleaning Service Inc. We have finally found a company we like and will continue doing business with them in the future.

Ms. Sum returned the call within minutes and we discuss time and day. Ms. Sum called when they were on their way. They started right in after I showed them what I wanted. ?Excellent Work?. Ladies and Gentleman were cordial and did an excellent job cleaning. The family room, master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were sparkling. Cleaning was very thorough, two women and gentleman worked fast & detailed! They have great energy & are very open to any questions or concerns throughout the process. The team arrived exactly on time, was prepared to work hard, and did exactly as I asked. I needed major dusting and thorough baseboard cleaning. The team was entirely professional, efficiently. Would I call them again or recommend them to someone absolutely.

They arrived promptly. The team was friendly but respectful. They worked efficiently and quickly and did a great job all round. I am very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. A minor recommendation would be for the company and the client to try to reach agreement, in advance, on the number of staff who will be assigned to the job. In my case I had booked a 4 hour deal and 4 team members turned up. I expressed a preference to have only 2 of the team for 2 hours. They agreed to this request professionally and courteously.

How did it go? Well it went really great!! Juan, the team leader, called ahead of time to let us know exactly when they would be arriving. Juan, Miriam, and Oli were here on time. I loved how organized they were. They all knew exactly who was doing what and they went right to work. They we fast, but very thorough. They didn't miss anything. I know because I checked. I'm just so pleased that I've finally found a team that works so well together and with me. I asked Juan if he would clean the glass patio doors and he didn't blink an eye, he jump right in and I couldn't believe how perfect they looked. He even cleaned the tracks! By the way, we have 5 patio doors and he did them all perfectly. I had to mentioned this because I've had other companies that would not touch windows. Over all, we are very pleased with Best Cleaning Service Inc and we want to send a special thank you for the service of their team Juan, Miriam, and Oli provided us yesterday. My husband and I have finally found a company we like and will continue doing business with in the future.

It was not very good at all. They never even got to the top floor in 4 hours. Everything was already done. There was stuff to do on the top floor. They only got to the top floor and it wasn't even completely through. They said now that we had to pay for them to stay longer. I said "Oh no, I don't," because they weren't doing a good job. They said they did the windows. When they came out, we had to pay an extra $250. On top of that, they only did half the windows. I think it's false advertisement.

They were very flexible. One of the things that I really liked about them was I had a scheduling issue and they were very gracious and accommodating. It was a last minute request to move the scheduled appointment up a day, and they did it. I really appreciated it. They came in with a crew of three and under the time allotted, did an excellent and very thorough job. I really liked them. I was very pleased. Even my husband commented on it.

Really great staff did an incredibly thorough job. I had just moved into my new house and wanted to make the place feel like home - first step was getting it clean! Was very impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of their work.
