Good staff. Did a great job. Worked fast and hard. I had to extend by a couple of hours due to the amount of work and they were able to do this. Would use again.

It was only 2 people for 2 hours and they did not do a thourough job at all.

2 cleaners for 2 hours. I bought an additional increment to finish the entire large house. Very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again. After they left, I did notice some areas behind furniture that hadn't been vacuumed, but I wonder if I had rushed them a little much.

Four people arrived and throoughly cleaned the house without a hint of interruption to my already busy day. Carmen and her husband were friendly and asked for any specific wishes. The other two women were also very nice and hardworking. I have recommended the service to friends and mentioned Carmen specifically because she was so eager to do a thorough job! Thank you!

It was pretty good. The only problem we have here in this household is, we have two dogs living here. The cleaning services that have shown up - I think we've tried two now - they just don't have adequate vacuum. We use a Dyson here. So, nobody, unless they show up with that kind of equipment, is going to do an adequate job in our opinion, vacuuming. They did the bathrooms and the dusting and other cleaning. It was just fine. It was great. We would hire them again. There were no additional charges.

The team of 3 showed up on time and worked diligently to satisfy my request in the 40 minutes or so while they were there. They were responsive to my phone call and were able to come out a couple days later. I'd imagine their busiest days are Fridays which is why I'd imagine they wanted to Wednesday. Since I called on a Monday I wasn't pushy about that. That being said, I highly recommend their team.

Two-person team arrived on time; good to see their friendly and familiar faces, from previous service visit; worked quietly and efficiently; did not need window cleaning, but glad to see that this service is provided -- "inside and out" -- per other member's review, previous to mine! "Mario's" communication skills were fine!

excellent! three folks showed up, spoke english, were very professional, and went above and beyond what i asked. for example, i did not ask for them to do the windows, but because they had a bit of extra time, the did the windows inside and out. that's just one example. would use again and again and again.

I had quite a bit of trouble connecting with the service provider to schedule the cleaning. I felt as if I had to chase them down. I was told that I would have two cleaners for two hours, instead four people showed up and cleaned for 1.25 hours. This might have been OK if I had been aware before the visit. They did stay a few minutes beyond their time to mop my foyer and they did point that out to me. Language was a barrier. Overall the job was OK and it's always nice to have cleaning done in the house, but I would not use them again.

They were fast and excellent at cleaning. Did everything I wanted in the 3 hours. No complaints, just compliments!

I don't think that this provider is a pro at this or even sounds like they are. If they called me today; no message was left and our home wasn't cleaned at all by them. Our money is thrown down the drain since they say that no refunds will be given. Oh well. :/

They left me hanging dry. I had called to schedule an appointment and had trouble contacting them to confirm the deal and found out near the end of the day she couldn't do the service.

. When I gave them my address, they said they didn't serve my area. I guess they serve Liudoun County except for Western Loudoun.

The service was extremely professional, and accomplished more than expected. They got rid of stains I thought would never come off. I was very pleased and will use this service again.

We were very happy with the responsiveness to scheduling and the cleaning itself. The team did a great job and even left small touches like folding the toilet paper. Great job!

The lady's that came did a very good job but the problem I have with whom ever runs the company is to busy or under staffed as it took almost 2 weeks to book this appointment. I phoned and emailed them and it took them forever to get back to me. maybe they were booked up but would of be nice of them to let me know. I would try them again now I know how long the response time will be as for the work they do is good and the price is right. I just found that if you need their service right away don't use them.
