Horrible, lazy cleaners. Many things; didn't take anything out of the kichen when they cleaned the floor. Did not take items off of furniture or counters to dust. I found bugs on the wondow sill after they cleaned the room. They did not put anything back where they found it; baskets pushed up against the wall, shades pulled all the way up. The black shelf in my bathroom was not clean, still had dust and powder on it. Kitchen had to be re-cleaned. Stainless steel appliance still dirty! One of the girls broke a vase. My shoe tray by the door was dented because someone vacuumed into it. I could go on and on.

They are not available on weekends; that is the first cleaning service I have ever known not to be available on weekends. I scheduled to meet with them and scheduled to work from home on a certain day. We agreed to a time frame so that I would not be on a teleconference when they arrived. They were late and I was on teleconferences. If they were available on weekends I probably would be giving them an A across the board.

They were punctual and did a great job. I would recommend them again.

I used many cleaning services from Angies' list. Although the price is relatively lower for this one, they did a good job. I am pretty happy with the service provided.

It was good. They were a little slow and it had taken them too much time to do everything. I think they can do more detailed on the cleaning, but the amount of time they take -- they are too slow. I don't have any problems if they are very detailed, that's okay and I understand if it's going to take longer, but in this case, it was more of slow people. They worked only for an hour. I asked for 2 people but they said they have to send 3 and it was only for an hour. I was paying for an hour and 20 minutes for $90. Everybody sends the same when I ask for 2 and they said they are going to send 3. To be honest, one of them was doing nothing. They responded right away. Their professionalism was good. When I asked them to do something, they did it without any problems.

I guess it was fine. Average is good enough to rate. They did the work that was expected. I wasn't there. I just saw the work afterwards. Whenever it was arranged they came out.

It went okay. We paid for four hours of service. They were here for about 2 hours. They did a marginal job. I wasn't super happy but it wasn't bad or anything. The price was good. There were a couple of things I pointed out that they really did an excellent job on. I found some other points that were kind of horrible. They came out. They were on time. They did what they needed to do. They were very nice and very respectful.

It was mediocre. A lot of times the people that come are not tall enough to reach the places and I find that they dust around things. I have three floors and I want them to divvy up their time amongst the three floors and they didn't. They spent more time upstairs and just could not get to the lower levels. I could not see what they did on the top level that would have taken more time. That is one of the reasons that I would not use them again is because they did not estimate that appropriately so that they got through the three levels. It is kind of negative. That was a special, but routinely I have people come to clean my house using the same price, same time parameters and same number of people. They do the three levels so that is just a turnoff to me. It makes me not want to use them when I see things like that. They did not do the lower level, they only did the top two levels.

I chose this offer from this company because they clean for a specific number of hours. I could have them focus on the areas of the house that I felt needed specific attention without having to pay to have the whole house cleaned. It was a 2 person team so they were finished in a couple of hours. They listened to my comments (like areas that I felt needed specific attention) and treated my curtiously and professionally.

Rebeca and her fellow worker arrived 10 minutes late but made up for it by staying 10 minutes extra. And they worked like two busy beavers, They cleaned three bathrooms and two kitchens, plus they dusted, vacuumed and washed the floors in three bedrooms, one living room and one dining room. Our apartment is about as dust free as it can be and the appliances shine like new. I can't ask for much more.

We were worried because they did not seem to know where Brambleton was, but when they arrived they were very good workers. The house was not an easy house to clean but they did an excellent job. Thanks

They walked through the house with me and listened well to what I asked them to focus on. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did the job quickly to make sure the whole house was presentable in the short period that the deal was for. I'd definitely use them again because they got me on their schedule with very short notice, were nice, and did a good job.

Angie's List found much better service than them, Sky Maids. They are professional and courteous and I am very happy to work with them.

It would be helpful in the future for a company to list what geographic area it is willing to work in. Then customers would not sign up for a service that is actually unavailable.
