These guys are awesome. The came when the said they would and were very professional. My house was so clean.

It went very well. 3 people showed up and they were there 1.5 hours.

I could not be more impressed! Scheduling was easy and fast. The cleaning crew showed up on time and got right to work. The house is now spotless! I will definitely use this company again.

It was difficult setting up a time, played phone tag several times, sent messages, etc, but once it was setup it was good. They did show up about 30 mins past the time window I was given but once they arrived they were very efficient and did a good job.

The team arrived on time, they went right to work,, they were dressed nicely and very friendly. They were able to clean my entire home, in the time frame, sparling clean.. I will re hire them again and try to keep on an even base. Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, dining area, vacuum, dust... and cleaned areas that were targeted more usage. Excellent service and very happy with the team.

The one lady did not speak English at all and the other one only speak little but of English. So we could not talk to them. I tried to ask the one that spoke a little English to clean two thing and she did not do it. Also they took to long on the up stars and ran out of time on the down stars. So they did not clean the whole house.

I've used Best Cleaning Service three times so far, and each time the team is professional and thorough, and I believe fairly priced for the quality of their service.

She called me on Thursday to tell me their expected time for Friday. She called me an hour before the expected time that they were not going to be here until later time. She kept me updated if things changed so I was not waiting. It was nice. They were treating me well and the professional service that they do is just amazing. I couldn't be happier. The biggest thing for us is the dusting service they do and allergen removal. They spend time dusting around and stuff. I have an ongoing thing with them.

There was some special they ran where they would clean the house for, I don't know what it was, six hours or something like that. They brought two maids over for three hours. They barely cleaned a thing. It was just a big joke. It was just a big waste of time. I was very angry. They didn't vacuum the downstairs and they didn't mop the downstairs. You know, I am talking about the main level. They didn't do anything to the main level except, maybe, to do the bathroom. He only asked them to do a three bedroom, two bath portion of the house. It wasn't like there was a huge portion, but they just basically blew it off and charged him the money. I thought it was absurd. We got almost zero work out of it. They should at least do the basics first. I have no idea what they were doing, but they sure weren't making good use of their time.

Excellent service. No issue with communication. Fast reply, came 2 days later and clean house perfectly. I will be glad to use this service again.

The young lady didn't speak English very well. I signed up for four hours for $90. They called me and said that I would only get two hours. It couldn't be four hours. My house is not that big and they spent the entire time upstairs on the one level. They never touched the downstairs at all. I don't think my house is that dirty. I think they were very slow. I was really not impressed with them at all. I will never hire them again. They just seemed very very slow. There was one stain on my couch. I knew they were not responsible for that. I just asked for an opinion. I said, "Do you speak English?" She said, "Yeah." I said, "Do you know the best way to get this stain out?" She said, "I can't talk to you about that." I said, "Okay. Whatever." I don't know if she didn't understand me. I just think it would be better, when someone comes to your house, they should always speak English, to be able to communicate because I don't speak Spanish. I just don't see how on earth it could have taken all that time just to do upstairs. Three bedrooms and two baths was all they did. They dusted the foyer area. I said, "Jeez, for $90, that's all I really got." I was really not happy with what they did. I'll use another service provider another time. I don't think I would go with them. I thought for what little they did, I got overcharged. I just think that they are not quite as professional and on top of it. It was not what I expected.

Did a thorough job, I was onsite to supervise which helps with meeting expectations. Normal rooms and cleaning, they did all that was asked. The deal is a great way to get what you pay for. No habla engles, but that was not a problem. We've used them multiple times and get new people every time. But they do better than other companies with dedicated cleaners.

the ladies cleaned and gave order to the house. there were two women very professional and pleasant. i just show them a few areas and they did the rest . they dusted wash down sinks and toilets...the house looks a lot better... i lost my mother so i was losing my will to straight up ...great job ladies!!!!! bravo

They arrived on time as per the email that they sent to us. They cleaned the house and did an excellent job. Everything looked good when they were finished.

They were great! Took great care of the house and items. Didn't rush through and got the job done.

The English speaker was responsive to all requests. I asked for a deeper cleaning, e.g. baseboards, railings, mirrors, class pictures posted on the walls, dust window sills, etc., but these were not done. Instead, the English speaker offered to clean other places as they were done early.

Undependable - never showed up for paid work! I had booked this company to come and clean my house for a party. We decided to book a cleaning the day before the party. I had contacted them and emailed them twice prior to the appointment to ensure they arrived on time. ONE HOUR BEFORE they were scheduled to arrive, they canceled the appointment. This left me in a quandary as I had taken the entire day off of work to make sure I was there when they cleaned, and couldn't find a cleaning service would could rush a job to clean the house prior to the party. The company asked me to reschedule. The next week, I contacted them back and asked when they would be able to come out and perform the service. They later responded back that they could come the very next day and to confirm the appointment. Because I had not seen the message, I did not confirm the appointment and they showed up regardless. Unfortunately, no one was home and they left me a message informing me they had shown up but no one was home. I told them I did not confirm any appointment for that day and hadn't taken the time off of work. I still decided to offer them the benefit of the doubt and asked to reschedule and they informed me they had no openings within the next two weeks. Two weeks later I called them again to schedule a cleaning and they never responded. I tried to contact them 2 more times (in a month and a half), but did not receive any response. I just sent them an email two days ago asking for contact prior to my leaving feedback and they just wrote back telling me they don't service Leesburg anymore and they would not honor the service, even though I had already paid for it. They advised me to take it up with Angie's List if I want a refund.

I bought 4 hours of cleaning. The cleaning crew was pleasant and on time. When they arrived, I told them not to bother with the bedrooms. They finished really early, which wasn't a surprise, and so they told me that they were going to leave. I said that was fine. When I looked around, though, there was work that could have been done, such as wiping walls. What they did, they did well. I just wasn't impressed with their thoroughness.

They cleaned my whole house and hit places that me regular cleaning company hasn't touched since the first time they cleaned for me.

Every one worked together well. It was a great crew. They did a very good job and it was a very good value.

Best Cleaning did a fantastic job- they arrived within the 1 hour time window scheduled, and immediately starting cleaning the house. They worked quickly, but the cleaning was also very thorough- they even cleaned a bathroom I did not ask them to clean and didn't think they would have time for! And of course, they were careful to not do any damage to the house. I plan on hiring Best Cleaning in the future, given the excellent job they did.

I bought a $90 deal for 4 hours of cleaning - 2 people arrived and it became 2 hours immediately. When they did not complete the job in the 2 hours, I asked if they could stay and complete the job. They said they could but at an extra cost per hour, I said of course. They worked for 30 minutes more and then requested $50 after phoning the owner, the owner stayed on the phone and suddenly the charge escalated to $60 more, which I refused and she said ok $50.. The #Angie's List website states $30 for each full hour after the deal. I paid an extra $50 and am still waiting for my receipt and will request a refund. This is a dishonest, unprofessional service provider and I would not recommend them.
