Their service was okay. The way I asked for things to be done, it was not done. They arrived on time. I felt like they just rushed through the job pretty much. They did not really pay attention to detail. So, they were finished before the time period and they just kind of rushed out of the apartment. I was like the last job of the day I think. Even when they scheduled it, they said that it was a good time. They did not really do everything that I asked for. I would tell others to double check the work to make sure that it is done the way they asked. I really do not like standing over people while they do their job so I gave them the space. I told them what I needed done and I expected a good job. I had to correct them a bunch of times.

They were, in a word, amazing! Extremely thorough cleaning of one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. They also found time to clean the fridge. It wasn't a deep cleaning I signed up for, but that's what I felt like I got. I've never seen my range top that clean. Will definitely use again.

Eight people showed up did a hour and a half, they were supposed to wait for me, they didn't. They call me on the phone and said can I come and take a look before you guys go so I can you know if there is something that is not done so I could tell them. But when I showed up they were already gone. I called the guy he didn't pick up so that was the only hiccup. The cleaning I would say is 4 out of 5 because the carpet out to be cleaned is still very dirty, everything else is fine.

It went very well. They arrived on time and went straight to work.

They did a great job of cleaning everything in sight - even the dust on the blinds and lampshades! I happened to walk in on them in the middle of cleaning and "caught" them moving my couch and lifting away the large area rug to vacuum underneath! They even vacuumed my storage room under the stairs. They really did a great job.

They did a great job. Only criticism was that they gratuitously criticized my wife for not being such a great housekeeper, and she did not appreciate that.

They did their work professionally and provide the best buck for your dollar.

While it took a little back and forth to get a confirmed date for the cleaning, once it was done, I felt that they did a great job. I would use them again without a doubt.

The cleaning itself was very good, but they did some strange things - taking my cup of coffee I was still drinking and putting it on our bar cart, leaving the bathmats on dining room chairs, putting a cookie sheet and oven mitt in the oven.

I was initially very annoyed because I'm a stickler for punctuality, and the cleaning crew showed up about 45 minutes later than scheduled. Also, I specifically requested only 2 cleaners. But, when they finally arrived, there were 3 of them. However, the crew was very professional, and personable. They were thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning my house. In the end, I was quite satisfied! I will call them, again.

They did an excellent job. Would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Easy to deal with and schedule. Very happy.

The price is right, and the service is always top-notch. We have hired many cleaning services and this is by far the best. I highly recommend Best Cleaning!

Team was prompt, professional, and thorough.

After the cleaners came, my boyfriend said, "It looks like we just moved in." Three person did a very good job, calling (as I'd asked) 10 min before arrival, so I could meet them at the reception area, and arrange for parking. I'd tidied up, so they didn't have to work around clutter, but didn't do anything special to prep. In short, what I'd have hoped for, with no complications or drama at a reasonable price. Thanks!

A quick response after I bought the big deal. They had to reschedule due to weather. They did a wonderful job; I've had a lot of maid services come out, and they are the only ones that I have wanted to hire to come regularly.

Solid; missed floorboards and had to re-clean some spaces that I saw around the floor. Additionally, I requested 2 cleaners / 2 hours, and they sent 3 cleaners / 90 minutes, which made it MUCH more difficult to supervise how this initial cleaning was going.

They come as a 2-person crew and have a tendency to turn up early, but they always let you know ahead of time. They are pleasant and professional and I really appreciated the fact that they brought their own equipment and didn't expect me to go to CVS to buy stuff for them. I also liked the way they focussed on their task, there was no drifting around the apartment with a cell phone stuck to their ear. They really concentrated on cleaning. They were very efficient, pleasant and polite. I highly recommend.

Two people, Rebecca and Sandra, arrived on time. They began work immediately after I told them the products I use for my bathrooms and kitchen. They work in synchronicity cleaning the top level then split with each taking a floor and finishing together on the first floor at completion of the four hours. They took care of all areas of concerned before we even asked. We were very pleased with their cleaning services!!

I wasn't home when they came but had left them a key to get in. When I got home I was happy to see that 4 hours was enough to do a great job cleaning my entire house. My house is 3br/2ba about 2000 sq ft and they cleaned the whole house very thoroughly.

They arrived on time and ready to work. They brought all of the supplies and tools they would need with them. They did their work without getting in the way and without us thinking we were in the way. They did what they came to do and left.
