It was horrible. They showed up late, did a half ass job and luckily we never heard from them again. It seemed expensive. It was 3 workers for a little less then 2 hours. The head cleaner had a little bit of an attitude. We tried to explain to him what we wanted done and he turned and walked off.

They were nice, understanding, they were prompt, and their work was outstanding.

They contact me in a timely manner to schedule the service and informed me when they will arrive on the scheduled day. After arrived, they start the service immediately and did a very good job.

Received a prompt phone call to schedule the service date. They did a great job cleaning my house. Wiped down the appliances, cleaned the windows, floors, and even under the furniture. Would highly recommend.

I have a small apartment (it's a studio). I got behind on cleaning due to health issues and needed extra help. I thought this would be a great way to get my place spic and span again. I was not impressed by what they did considering the small space and amount of time. Cobwebs not cleared...oven not even cleaned...barely a difference made to my tub/shower...still some dust on my nightstand. I absolutely expected a lot more and do not feel I got my monies worth here.

Three workers showed up on time. Marco appeared to be the team leader, was very polite, asked me if there was any area of the house I am most concerned with in reference to cleaning, answered all my questions, and suggested when the job was over for he and I to do a walk through so everything could be to my satisfaction. When I asked Marco what tasks they are going to do, such as vacuuming sofas and polishing the hardwood floors, he explained everything in detail. The workers made two beds and dusted very thoroughly. I gave Marco and the two other ladies a good tip for doing so well! There were a couple of minor missed areas I noticed after they all left the house, but that's ok. The next time; and there will be a next time, I'm sure they will get those small areas. I would recommend using this company for housecleaning services. They were great!

They clean the stated areas, all went well with 2 pointed exceptions: the dusting was not done well (main reason why I would not get them again), to be fair, this could be due to just this one employee does not do dusting that well... They missed the bathroom and were on their way out when we had to remind them about the bathroom. found it odd they did not ask or work that off of their checklist.

They were fast and thorough. There was a slight language problem. I requested not to clean the bedrooms (I was going to that myself). But they did not understand me. So, they did a fantastic job. I think the bedrooms are part of their routine. They completed the first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room and family room) and the second floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) They also cleaned the basement bathroom, 2 hours were up before they could start the basement family room. I will do the basement.

Best Cleaning Services sent a three person team to our house. We have scheduled biweekly cleanings. The team did an outstanding job. The house has never been so clean! The bathrooms and kitchen in particular were cleaned to perfection. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I purchased the deal online and called and left messages to schedule an appointment just a few days later. Without having much hope, I waited for the expected response of being too soon. However, to my surprise, the company called back the same day and scheduled a crew to come clean our home. I was very excited but also worried that they were so freely available. Once they got out here and started cleaning, I was so glad we called them. They were professional and hard working. My wife was so impressed with their work ethic and exclaimed that we may have found our go to agency for cleaning purposes. We will be moving very soon and look forward to using them for our move-out and move-in cleaning. I can't recommend them enough!
