These lafies were awesome. The cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms until they sparkled. Each of my Mother's Nick-backs were dusted and put back. We couldn't find anything that was missed. I cab' believe how much they got done in 4 hours! Will definitely use them again.

The maids showed up between the hours agreed upon and cleaned the house thoroughly.

The cleaning crew showed up on-time but did very poor job. Did not dust the furniture, mopped and vacuumed only at the eye line. Even though there is an easy access to under the bed (bed is raised) they never bothered to vacuum underneath or mop. They did not clean the floors in the bathroom or stairwell (I am guessing too much work). It seemed like a really rushed/half-a#%@ job. Not worth the price and taking off from work. (They would not schedule a weekend service with me).

They were prompt and very nice. I've had them over a couple times and they always do good quality work.

It went very well. Two persons arrived on time with all the cleaning tools. They were fast and thorough. I need a deep clean of bathroom and kitchen. They did a great job.

They did show up finally and they were good. I had to comment so many times but they weren't replying. Otherwise, they were good.

It was okay. Price was good but you get what you pay for.

They refused to come to my home because there is no furniture in it. They would only clean my home if I paid 3 times the price for a move in move out cleaning service. I tried to explain that the home has been cleaned recently, there is only touch up work to be done. I even hired another company to do the windows so that wasn't needed, but they insisted I pay an extra fee. I hired another company instead.

It went pretty well. Three cleaners came over the house for around 1.5 hours and worked in different areas of the house. They cleaned the kitchen stove and floor. The house was much cleaner after they finished.

They're good. Some teams are more thorough than others. But all of the teams meet my basic needs. They don't move furniture to vacuum/mop under things but they do move rugs and they do take care to dry my wood floors.

Punctual. They respond to email and calls very quickly and are able to schedule on short notice. Really well run operation. I've used them multiple times over the past 4 years.

I was told that they provide a two hour window when they would arrive. Crew was late over an hour. Per the supervisor that is normal as they have other jobs to finish before they come to my house.

They were punctual, pleasant and one of them spoke English so it made it easier to give instructions. But, they cut corners - my house is pretty clean and two of the bathrooms are not used much - they did not properly scrub the tubs so when I went to check I saw the marks that had been there before and told them - they then cleaned it - my wooden floors in the dining and formal living room had definitely not been mopped - i was there the whole time and only went upstairs for 12 mins and came back and was told they had mopped and cleaned it - I saw various marks which they quickly cleaned with a cloth but insisted they had cleaned them - the dusting was not well done either - in the living room I found many of the decorative accessories had dust on them as well as some of the other stuff in my bedroom - the next day in one of the bedrooms, behind the bed, I found the floor was full of dust which was totally visible. In the kitchen, the vent over the stove, when I ran my hand over it, was filled with grease and sticky. So unfortunately, though I had told them if they did a good job I would hire them on a regular basis, but after this, I will not do so - I do not like being taken advantage of and it is foolish of them to do so, as this way, they lose customers. So though I would give them an A for punctuality and politeness, I would not hire them again for cleaning.

It went well - this is the second time we've called Best Cleaning Service, and while I felt the first visit went better, this one was good as well. I did not feel like the house was as clean as the first time, despite BCS bringing more people this time. We do not have our house cleaned by a service regularly, so I think this was probably more work for the team than a regular weekly visit. The house looked fine, which I think was probably the best they could do considering they do not come regularly.

They did good work. They were very nice and they were on time. They did a very nice job.

Scheduled through angies's list and have not had a response yet. Not sure if they are too busy or Angie's list did not communicate service request.

Very thorough and speedy work on a promo voucher - we signed up for monthly service soon thereafter.

They sent over 3 folks. The crew was quick and efficient. They did a great job cleaning and it was done quickly..

We couldn't use the coupon because they wouldn't clean an empty home with it. I wish they had mentioned it before we bought the two coupons

Awesome! They cleaned the bathrooms with a cleaning solution and water. Good old fashion cleaning. You can see the difference when they are done. Dusting, vacuuming and mopping were excellent as well. We were very happy with the services and recommended to my friends.

My roommate and I performed the "move-out" cleaning tasks, including the insides of the fridge and oven. The cleaners took care of the rest. They cleaned two bathrooms, the kitchen, a large living room, and two bedrooms, and everything looked good at the end. They were relatively punctual, and the foreman was very polite. They didn't dust the tops of Windows or doorways but otherwise everything looked great.
