Amazon Air Duct Cleaning

Turned up an hour late and then immediately said there was an issue with parking and they weren’t sure if they could do it, there was plenty of parking on the street but he said he couldn’t fit so I offered to move my car off the driveway and have him park there. He still wasn’t sure if this would work. I live in a city, available street parking and a driveway is all I can offer and rare at that. He was able to fit on the driveway and when he came in he was unhappy with how tight the space was to get to the furnace and duct work and began throwing my possessions around in the garage, he then went over and began to pull on my garage door (which is electric). I asked him not to do that and gave him feedback on his attitude. I suggested we cancel and don’t go any further and he agreed. Worst attitude I have ever experience from the 1st minute to the last, zero customer service or care. If you live in a city expect to face some serious attitude.

The job went great. We used an Angi deal to enlist this service. Amazon was prompt in responding to our inquiry, two days after we submitted online. Scheduling was easy and happened within a week. Tech Alex called about 45 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival he went to work, using booties and drop cloth to protect our house. He cleaned up all areas worked after the ducts were cleaned. Total time about 3 hours. I highly recommend this company.
