Description of Work: Acclaim Services did a great job of giving me and my wife what we wanted for our home. We really wanted to add a deck to our townhome. Acclaim was able to do this with quality material that we love. They also completed the deck in a fair amount of time. We are very thankful for Acclaim Services.

 + 1 moreToney came to the house to review the yard and chat with me about all the concerns and issues I wanted to solve with the landscape plan. Taking into account the existing landscaping, our need for pet-friendly and low-maintenance plants as well as budgetary concerns he came up with a great plan that needed hardly any revision (though he was happy to do so, if required). Toney also advised me on the design choices concerning the pavers and I left the plant choices entirely to him. We agreed on what scope of work would be included in the first phase and two weeks later his team was at the house to begin the job. The team did an extremely professional work and the end result came out even better than I imagined -- I've never had so many compliments from the the neighbors. I'm very glad I didn't put it off any longer and can now enjoy the beautiful hardscaping, and look forward to working with Acclaim on the future phases of the yard work.
Description of Work: Toney Mooney initially created a landscape design for the entire yard. Once complete, we settled on what work would be done during the first phase: a hardscaped path of pavers leading to our primary entrance; a raised bed to address an irrigation issue of pooling water near the house; landscaping and plantings to connect the new work with an existing bed; and an additional mulched/planted bed in the back of the house to conceal irrigation equipment.

 + 0 moreYou can clearly tell they are pros at this as it took them almost no time to remove the old ugly fence and replace it with the new fence. They also sent me pictures of design options for my approval which I really appreciated.
Description of Work: Acclaim's team removed an ugly chain link fence that was cemented into my front yard and replaced it with a beautiful wooden picket fence.

Description of Work: Provider changed the bedline along the back fence, added soil, regraded and added sod to the necessary areas, mulched the entire area, installed footers for my garden shed, installed landscape fabric and gravel under shed and enclosed with steel edging.

I could not have been more pleased with their results! They even cleaned up my driveway, edged my lawn to ensure that when the job was complete, it looked professional. I do not think I could have asked for more!
Description of Work: Acclaim Services installed a water drain channel at the front of my garage which eliminated my garage from flooding in the future. They sloped the drain and ensured that it was connected to an existing water drain as well. They also have taken over as my irrigation and yard landscaping company. They are installing a paved sidewalk for me next!

 + 4 moreNot being originally from this area can really impact your ability to find quality help, or even know where to look! I am thankful to have found Acclaim Home Services. The men were professional, did quality, affordable work and in a timely manner. I had my house and deck power washed, and it looks like new! They also stained my deck, removed leaves, and landscaped my yard all within a few days of my initial inquiry. My neighbors have been asking about the services all week, because their quality work is visible! Home Acclaim Services went above and beyond my expectations for the exterior of my house and I plan to use their services this fall for the tiling of my kitchen and bahrooms.  + -1 moreThe provider arrived on time, greeted me pleasantly, informed me of what the job would entail. Showed me how it would be done and asked me what I preference would be in the gate placement. If there were any questions about placement, they inquired of me first and then provided structural and professional advice for my decision. Most notable is, they said "you are the customer and we want to please you." They did not waste time, but were committed to completing the job in a timely manner and did not leave the job site until completed.
Description of Work: Provider removed old chain fencing, replace with newer, stronger fencing. Removed all debris and provided an immaculate finish.

My yard was a complete mess and Tony came by and did a overall estimate and pointed out different ideas that could be done and what could save me money on, while not compromising on the look and design of my yard. When the front and back yard were complete, my neighbors in the area all came by and asked for Tony's number because of the amazing job, him and his crew had done. Everything was complete in a timely manner and my yard looks great front and back!!

Then he asked me a series of questions, and adjusted the job based upon my preferences. I was very impressed with the quality of work, the timeliness of the job completion and how beautiful my home looked afterward. I would HIGHLY recommend using Acclaim Home Services.

 + 3 moreWhen planning any project get professional advise. I am a do it yourself, but time was my issue. Once we walked and he had an idea of what I wanted his experience was very evident. I held back on some items and he caught them all and more. So include future upgrades as he can lay down the fondation.
Description of Work: The Provider repaired a leaking outside wall. Installed layers of protection, installed (wall) a drainage system to route water away from property. Once the wall was exposed a crack was noticed and repaired at no extra charge. Downspouts were installed and buried properly to direct roof gutter water away from property. Additionally we signed another contract to remove a wooden wall and plant scrubs, mulch along with seeding. His team did a wonderful job. I take pride in the curb appeal of landscaping. I can truly say I am well pleased in what was accomplish in the short time of two weeks for the two projects. I was giving the time of completion and thought they would go over for what was planned. Not the case they completed ahead and cut down branches and installed sod after bushes were removed, of course that was added to the project at no extra charge. During the project we got a soaking rain and the landscaper noticed a gutter not draining properly. He opened my gutter protector and removed clutter. These were major items, I could go on about more and I will because I will continue to us these services in the coming months.

 + -1 moreAcclaim Home Services did great job with our backyard. I initially had Toney, the owner, come out to take a look at our deck for expansion. As he was doing it, I told him about standing water we were receiving on our pavers, which was where the deck would expand to. He noticed the wood under our house that had potential to rot over time with enough water build up during storms, so he suggested a drain and connection to the gutter pipe. We ultimately decided to just do the drain so we could build up our savings to get the deck finished. His guys came a week later and were in and out, leaving no trace that they had been there except a solid job putting in the drain. He was transparent with everything, sending an itemized list and prices. This is a great tool to gain credible customer service since we could see everything they needed. We will be using them again when it comes time to remodel other parts of our home. Check these guys out if you want transparent and honest service
Description of Work: They created a drain for standing water to flow into, so it didn't create problems on the foundation of my house.
