 + -1 moreTerry was prompt, knowledgable, professional, courteous and respectful! He gave me helpful hints and referred other quality craftsmen! He even ate his lunch outside (as opposed to my kitchen)! He was neat and completed his work as quoted. He even finished on time! I will definitely use him again on my next project! I highly recommend! I was never concerned that he was in my home without supervision! I can't adequately compliment his services, skill and knowledge!
Description of Work: Demo out old tile, vanity, floor, tub, rotten plywood, toilet and hauled away. Installed new framing for subfloor. Installed 20 sq. ft. new subfloor and durock subfloor. Installed 20 sq. ft. 12x12 ceramic tile bath floor. Installed 12 in. ft. new 4" bead top baseboard painted white. Installed 12 oak shoe mold. Installed new framing for tub walls. Installed 80 sq. ft. Durock tub walls and 80sq. ft. ceramic tile tubs walls.
