+ -1 moreIt went well. Mike made these repairs and installed new drip caps he'd made; these were part of the problem as the original ones didn't extend enough to properly shed rainwater. It was all done in a day.He did a good job on this.
Description of Work: Had problems with wood rot: brick molding and sills on two windows, attic vents, back door frame. The bad pieces were replaced with pvc.

+ -1 moreMike was excellent! Our house is 70 years old and the trim was hard to match. He did some research to find the closest match and made some good suggestions. He was very thorough and very professional, also a very nice person and easy to work with.
Description of Work: He purchased, cut and replaced, and primed all the trim along the roof line and dormers and he repaired part of a door jam that was rotted.
