Description of Work: Ferrills does quarterly pest treatments for whatever the pest of the season is. They are thorough and responsive and I've used their service for 3 years. Ferrills will work with you to take care of any pest issue and if it's not covered in their usual treatment, it may cost extra but they'll find a way to help. I highly recommend Ferrill's.

 + 0 moreI used them because they do my termite work, and we were talking to a friend of theirs about getting the structural work done and he told us. We know they are reliable because we have used them, and we just didn't know they did such work. They are good at what they do but they don't do general construction. If it doesn't need to be done, they will tell me that it doesn't need to be done. We were thinking about replacing our deck and he told us that we didn't need to replace it yet. He said that we needed to sand and stain it but not replace it, but that we did need to replace the steps, which we did. The price was good or we wouldn't have used them. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: We used them for some structural work. They also did the steps for the front porch and the back deck.

 + -1 moreAfter having estimates by a total of 5 companies, I felt like I had learned a lot about termite prevention. I chose Ferrell's because I felt like they were honest and they took the time to expain all about termite control and prevention. They spelled out in detail, our agreement in writing unlike other companies who just said they would treat the premises. It definitely pays to ask questions so that you understand what is being done and how it is being done. They came out and performed the service as we had agreed upon. I would recomend them to others.
Description of Work: I was very pleased with Ferrell's Pest Control. They treated our home with Termidor, the leading termite prevention chemical.
