+ -1 moreHe never showed up at the agreed to date and time, and did not respond to a follow-up phone call.
Description of Work: We spoke twice on the phone and made an appointment for him to come over and give us an estimate on trimming a number of trees. He never showed up at the appointed day/time and never responded to my follow-up phone call. Highly unprofessional. He had been recommended by someone else we had worked with, but they now know that making such a recommendation in the future is not a good way to maintain a good relationship with their customers.

+ -1 moreI had 8 of trees cut down (2 rather large & several medium). Bowler's Tree Service (Bumpass, VA) (fully licensed & insured) did an EXCELLENT job and left my yard neater than when they got here. The stumps were cut very close to the ground - like about 2 inches tall! The men were very professional and did the job safely. They go all over Central Virginia. I'm very pleased with what they did. I HIGHLY recommend.
Description of Work: Cut down 8 trees on my property.
