+ -1 moreBrian responded to my voicemail message within 24 hrs. of my call and gave me a quote based on my description, size of house and deck. He spent almost 3 hrs. working on my house. He started on my deck which is small but had never been power-washed since I moved into my home almost 6 yrs. ago. It totally changed the color of the wood. I should have done this a long time ago.
Description of Work: I had my entire house power-washed as well as the deck and inside the screened porch. Brian did a very thorough job at a very fair price. He used a cleaning solution to prevent mildew instead of just water as some people will do. My house looks like new. My neighbors were impressed as well.

+ -1 moreI'm not sure exactly how much the fee was for this service, as it was subcontracted through the painting service Hughes Painting. But I thought the service was so good that I had to write a separate report. The owner and his assistant(s) were very friendly and courteous. They power washed the vinyl siding that had not been washed since its installation more than 15 years ago. They did a terrific job. Also they washed our brick front steps, the foundation, and the front sidewalk. I would definitely call them again and am planning to do so on a regular basis from now on. I would recommend them highly.
