excavators, septic tank
+ 0 moreThey never finished the job. After two days, I started calling. My phone calls were never answered, nor did they answer my voice mail messages. After two weeks, I had to fill the hole in the ground they had left.
Description of Work: Our septic tank was pumped by Hamilton - their initial service was prompt and acceptable. I paid their asking price to them starting work. To perform the service, they had to dig a larger hole to access the top of the buried tank. When they had finished, I was asked if I wanted them to install a larger pump access (since the hole was widened to perform the service). I agreed on both the price and the job. They said they would return the next day to finish, since they did not have the part on hand.
