+ -1 moreBe very careful. we chose him because he made a big deal about how good his work is and how quickly he can finish projects. JMS started building our home in January of 2019. By October of 2020, he was $100000 over budget and the outside wasn't even completed, additionally, the basement walls were leaking. He spent a year saying he would fix the leaks, then ghosted us. We had to hire a lawyer to get his attention. Now almost 4 years later, the wall is failing and he still refuses to accept responsibility. He gives references who are friends or family. BEWARE.

+ 5 moreThe renovation went perfect. The quality of workmanship was superior. The crew was pleasant and very professional. John, the owner offered advise on touches that added so much to the finished project. I could not be more pleased with the final result.
Description of Work: JMS renovated the basement of my home installing a full kitchen and renovating the space into an apartment. The starting point was an unfinished basement . The renovation included installing flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, relocating furnace and hot water heaters, lighting and electrical.

+ -1 moreJMS from the beginning took our thought and goals and made them reality. They did everything 1st class effectively and efficiently. Always kept us in the loop very pleased.
Description of Work: JMS appeared disassembled and assembled deluxe greenhouse on 3 ft knee wall foundation that JMS built grader grounds around greenhouse and supervised installation of water and electric systems.
