 + 1 moreThey're having trouble business wise but their service was good. We moved because they're not serving this area. They did the internet, cables, and phone for a whole lot less than anybody else for a hundred and ten dollars a month and that includes the taxes and everything, and the bills were the same every month.
Description of Work: Bristol Virginia Utilities was our old internet provider.

 + 1 moreThey have to go up 7% this year, I read in the paper. When you make a phone call to them, you got an answer from a person and you got an answer to your question without going through about nine different transfers. In BVU, they always speak English compared to other utilities, and had one cable that came in to the TV. They didn't have all these extra boxes and all these little extra monthly expenses for an HD box or whatever those extra boxes are for television.
Description of Work: I used to use the services of Bristol Virginia Utilities.
