Description of Work: The agents was polite, however the did not back-up with what they said. For example, supervisors may or may not call back within the specified time or not at all. Technicians stated they came by, not realizing I was home on the said days. Consultation on why my lawn remain TruBrown was promise, but never happened. I complained from Aug to Dec listening to the nice people explain how they will take care of it. Even a few of the technician stated that some of the other technicians could not find my home and didn't show up, while other would call for directions. I had to let TruGreen go, because I got tired of three false promises.

+ 0 moreI have not been super impressed with them. Since their last service which was May of 2014 I was not impressed with the service year round. I know we had lots of rains but they did not get things done as they said they?re going to get done. I have cancelled with my service with the tree and shrubs and I kept the yard service just to give them one more years to see if my yard will improve. I like the promptness of the service until the last part of the year. They were supposed to put down something to inhibit the weeds in the Spring and they were supposed to aerate my yard but they never got around to that. I finally filed a complaint so I did have them do that part of the service. I will use them again as I have said I am giving them a year to see if my yard will improve.
Description of Work: I used TruGreen. The service was for treating the yard.

Description of Work: The company seems to be anonymous,contact is through an 800 number.but the central office gets the men doing the job on site quickly. While you don't see what is happening right away, at the end of the season I have a beautiful yard, lots of good quality grass, thick and green. You still need to have someone cut the grass, weed and trim, mulch and in general do the finishing touches to your borders and special places. I am tempted to use the local company that promises to do the same work just so that I have a hands-on feeling with the ownership. I may do that for a year and see how that goes.

Description of Work: Applied regular lawn fertilizer and weed killer treatment. Arrived on time, applied treatment to my lawn, but also to a 10 foot wide portion of the neighbor's yard as well. Cost for treatments is high, but will continue and wait till later in year to evaluate the lawn results for cost vs value.

They will leave a note on the front door informing us that they were here and what they did. They are very, very professional. They show up when they say they will. I would use this company again.

+ -1 moreThey put on whatever applications throughout the year. They re-seed for us in fall and my grass is in excellent condition and the bushes are too. We have been using them for quite a sometime, may be ten years. I had problems with certain types before we used them and they mostly have gone away and the grass looks terrific. I think they provide real good service.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive. When we did have a problem, they sent the supervisor out to get the problem rectified. I would say I was pretty satisfied. The price was reasonable. We might use them again in the future; right now we are actually enjoying doing it ourselves.

+ -1 moreIt is seasonal, but it is $40 to $60 usually per visit. They are always very polite. They call before they come and they show up when they say they are going to come. They always close my gate. I have had a couple of people not closing the gate, so the dog gets out. They do what they say they are going to do and they seem to be competent and efficient.
Description of Work: Tru Green came and did aeration, feeding, fertilizers, pest control, and such things.
