R & G Service Unlimited

Description of Work: My landlord pays for services so I am unsure as to what the costs involved are. I have contacted the two gentlemen that work/own R & G several times over the past year to exterminate mice, spiders, tics and other pests. One of the men is somehwat friendly and the other looks like he has something shoved in his butt and refuses to smile, which is rude in my opinion. The products that they use, when applied properly, are very effective. I have had to have them come out and re-spray for spiders approximately 3 times because they did not spray the yard away from the house, only by the doors and crawlspace. The last time I interacted with them it took them exactly one week to call me back, after leaving a message for them on their old fashioned answering machine that nobody ever answers. They were just here a coupLe weeks ago to spray for spiders and 2 weeks ago I called them to come back and spray for ear-wigs and tics because the spider spray must not have been effective on other pests. I have called them 4 times in the past 2 weeks and left 2 messages and still have heard nothing. By the time they call me back, which may be their plan, my landlord will likey have to pay for the sevices because so much time has passed. Again, I am unclear as to all of this since there is no communication and nobody calls me back. I am now going to be researching others in the area.
