Furniture Fix™

Description of Work: I ordered this product online. It was suppose to be buy one get the second for shipping and handling. Plus the furniture movers for shipping and handling. I did not get a confirmation review of my order before my finale submit of the order. After I submitted my order I recieved an email 80200 furniture Fix™ BOGO + Furniture Movers & Couch Pouch Free 14.99 1 14.99 80200 Additional Furniture Fix™ BOGO + Furniture Movers & Couch Pouch Free 14.99 1 14.99 80201 Set/1 Furniture Fix™ 9.99 1 9.99 Sub-Total: 39.97 Sales Tax: 0.00 Processing & Handling: 31.80 Total: 71.77 The extra items besides the orginal Furntiure Fix was suppose to be free with an extra shipping and handling charge of 7.95. That is not what happened. As soon as I got the email confirmation. By the way I did not recieve a confirm order notice when I was placeing the order to inform me of what I was ordering and what the cost and shipping and handling would be. I had pressed a confirm order button and the order was submitted. No CONFIRM PAGE. When I got the email seconds later. I called the customer service number to cancel the order and they told me that the order wouldn't be to them for 24 -48 hours so they could not cancel the order at this time. I ask to talk to a supervisor or manager. I was put on hold for a short period of time to have the customer service representive return to tell me that they were "TO BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS TO TALK TO ME". Yes that is what I was told. I gave the customer service represntative my full name, phone number, and order number and indicated that I wanted a call back this evening. He told me they close at 10:00 pm . He did not specifiy what time zone they were in. I told him that I would be calling back in 25 mins, being that it was 9:30 pm est. if I had not recieved a call. At 9:55 pm I called back and told my store to another customer service rep and she again tried to put me off. But I ask to talk to her manager and she said she would try to get him to the phone. Again he was to busy. But she took more information about my problem and how to contact me. I will update this with the results. Be they satisfy me and my issue. If this company does not take care of this issue I will let you know what I did and what the results were.
