The project was a porch ceiling in an exterior wrap porch. I requested soffit type material to be installed. Roland Hook the owner knew exactly what I wanted (most other vendors had no idea what I was talking about). Two installers took approximately 1 day for the install. It looks great, Thanks Roland.

Able to schedule at a time that worked for everyone in advance, and we're thorough in their efforts to complete the project on time. Looks great, and would recommend to anyone that that old or rotted exterior trim. Great value!

Roland and his crew of workman performed a flawless install on our home. The Star Home improvement price was very competitive. They represent high quality material producers so the products they install are really unmatched for quality and price. Roland worked through the entire process from initial consultation, to day by day of work progress to the final walk around. The work took two days. He noticed a few very minor issues he wanted to have corrected before he signed off as finished. His crew came out the next morning and corrected the minor issues. We could not be more happy with the result. The house looks great. Roland is very honest and forthright about his companies business and keeps a close eye on his crews. You will be very happy with his prices and quality of work.

I do not often write reviews, but I feel exemplary service should be recognized. Roland of Star Home Improvements did a great job advising me on sliding glass door replacement. When the door replacement quoted was not available he ordered a more expensive door at no cost- showing integrity in his business practices. Not many companies would stand behind their estimate in the same situation. Install went smoothly and team arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Star Home Improvements.

Very professional, helpful towards my project!

After I moved into my condo I realized that the patio door and bedroom window were the originals, from 1987. It was so drafty in the winter and the HVAC would run constantly. The bedroom window also had some damage. So I decided to hire Star Home Improvements to replace both the patio sliding door and bedroom slider window with Vinylmax ones. They were custom fit and with white trim. What I really appreciate about Star Home Improvements is they made sure that everything was consistent with condominium association standards to match the rest of the community's replacement patio doors and windows. The workers were extremely polite, clean, and efficient. Customer service was top notch. It's been a few months since the installation and boy, did I make an excellent decision! Our electric bill has already decreased by $58. The energy savings of the Vinylmax triple pane windows cannot be beat. A bonus is the sound proofing the high-quality glass provides, along with the added security. I highly recommend this company for custom door/window replacement and installation.

I had some extensive rot damage that did not become apparent until the new door was being installed, and the crew took care of it without trying to charge me an arm and a leg. Very good workers. Great customer service checking with me every step of the way.
