"Excellent communication and attention to detail. These two young men were flexible with dates/times for the work to be completed. They were very good about texting/calling to let me know they were enroute for both the estimate appointment and for the day the work was completed. I hired them to power wash a composite deck, wood railing, slate patio and vinyl siding. They were very respectful of the property and moved and replaced the furniture, decorative fixtures as well as the gas grill and smoker, something not all companies will do. Highly recommend and will look for more projects for them. Great job!"

"This company appears to be a complete scam. We were scheduled for the inspection, repair and tune-up, with other promised offers. We waiting several weeks for the appointment, and instead were given an appointment just before rain despite promise that would not occur. Their staff arrived over 40 minutes late, because they wanted to stop for lunch first, even though we were their last appointment of the day. They didn't do virtually anything as advertised. The attic inspection involved a guy sticking his head up the attic hatch for seconds, snapping a couple pictures on his cell phone. The roof work was quick and perfunctory, and just the few dabs of caulk we did get were done right over just a fraction of the old, and were done minutes before pouring rain. The other requested work and estimate was blown off, with their staff putting hands on things and making them worse though they were not going to fix them. Then, adding insult to injury, and without any discussion or agreement of such added cost, the worker literally charged us double and for a whole additional job, just for spending literally about 5 minutes blowing a few leaves off the tops of the gutter guards. They even argued that their gift certificates/future credit deals are basically an error. I promptly contacted management after the appointment. Though the manager never called me back, another work appointment was scheduled for the following week. So, assuming everything would be made right, I took off again for the appointment. Nobody, including the staff who came the following week, knew why that second appointment was scheduled. Not only was it not to do any work, but it was apparently to just provide estimate for a new roof. It certainly made it seem like their company is a complete scam, with deals on inspections and "tune-ups" actually all designed just to bait-and-switch up-sell you for a whole new roof. And, adding to the suspicious nature of their actions, though the length of the front lawn and sidewalk in front of our clearly marked house was open, and the driveway was empty, the follow-up staff parked his unmarked car down the block, and had no company uniform. And every time you call for the manager, he is "in a meeting", but also not in the office, and nobody knows where he is or when he will return. This place appears like a bad telemarketing pyramid scam."
