They came as scheduled, and did exactly what I asked. The two dead trees were cut with no stump to the ground, and they did a tremendous job of cleanup. Gordon Frazier was very knowledgeable, and was extremely courteous. I will definitely be using them again for future needs.

Gordon provided an honest opinion about a dying Willow tree in my back yard. After talking with Gordon only a few short minutes I could tell he was veteran in the business. Gordon informed me he has been in the tree business over 30 years. And he was proud to say he learned everything from his father, this is a true family business. Gordon took the time to explain what was happening with the Willow tree and the best course of action. I went with the cutting down the tree to the trunk and leaving the cut pieces for fire wood. Gordon and his team did great work with the tree. They took their time and made sure safety was the number one priority. The ole Willow never stood a chance, now thanks to Gordon I have a great open spot in my back yard and enough fire wood to last a couple years. The work site was actually cleaner when he left than before he arrived. I will go out of my way to recommend Gordon.... yes!

Gordon is always on the job and usually up a tree. As such he is not the easiest to get in touch with (small local family business). Even so, Gordon always returns calls and does his best to keep you informed of schedules. Gordon and his crew arrived as scheduled and performed the work quickly and safely. Our ash was near the property line and fence with large branches extending over to the neighbor's house. Gordon was up the tree with ropes, carefully removing the tree piece by piece to ensure no damage occurred to anyone's house, fence, etc. All debris was removed, ground and hauled away. Gordon even managed to squeeze the stump grinder through our fence gate to remove the stump. In the end you wouldn't even know there were trees removed. Gordon's estimate was far lower than all others and he did not feel it necessary to bring in heavy equipment, cranes, etc to handle the challenging location of the trees. Gordon and his crew did a fantastic job and we will definitely call on him again whenever our trees need attention.

Although Gordon is not the easiest person to keep in touch with, in the end he came on the specified date and did the work as noted. He was cordial, his crew cleaned up and a good job was done at a fair price.

Terrible. They knocked on our door to drum up business (August). They provided a quote to remove a tree [$3500], and we accepted. Owner came by later and said he couldn't do it for that much, and revised the quote to $4000 (August 27th). We were disappointed and annoyed, but accepted because we wanted to get this done and the quoted price was still reasonable. Since then, over the next month and a half, in trying to schedule the service it has been one sided phone-tag...with no phone calls picked up on the other end, ever, and returned very, very infrequently. To be fair, we had two "reschedules," one due to thunderstorms, one due to a heat wave. Since those we called every day of this first week in October, left a message, and have not been called back. Communicating with Gordon W. Frazier Tree Service has been excruciating. They've wasted so much of our time. We've gone with a more professional company.

I was very satisfied with their work both times. The price was lower than other contractors. They did the work quickly and cleaned up very well after the work was done. They were very easy to work with and showed up when scheduled. I would definitely use them again.

We had been referred to Gordon Frazier Tree service by a good friend. He was the 2nd bid I received to remove the tree. He came out when he said he would, walked the yard with me, explained my options, and provided me with a bid. His bid included the fact that when the tree was removed, the yard would look the exact way it looked when they got there to remove the tree. His bid was 1/3 less than the other proposal so we gave him the job. He completed the job in one day (instead of the two days he originally thought it would take. The tree - which they needed to remove limb by limb and take from the backyard to the street limb by limb (due to the location of the tree) was cut down and true to his word, my yard was left in perfect condition. He and his crew were fantastic and I highly recommend them!

The whole process went very smoothly. Gordon came out himself to provide the estimate for the trees and offered a great price for both trees. He and his crew came out on the scheduled day and performed the work with no damage to surrounding trees or sheds. They did great clean up job (They even took away a small pile of branches that had come off another tree the week before and fixed ruts that they did not cause). Very satisfied with the work they performed.

Gordon called me back very quickly and arranged to come to our home for an estimate the same day I called. He provided a written estimate on the spot, and performed the agreed upon work within a week. When his crew was running a little late, Gordon contacted me to let me know when they would arrive, which was well within the window promised. His 4-man crew took down a full-grown tree that was very close to our fence, ground the stump, and used the mulch made from the tree branches to mulch around other bushes in our yard. His crew even thought to ask if I wanted some of the larger pieces for firewood; I didn't, but it was considerate of them to ask. The entire job took them about 2 hours, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up all of the debris from our yard and our neighbor's driveway.

I initially contacted Gordon between 4/20-4/25 after seeing his services advertised in one of the Angie's List monthly books. He came out to give me an estimate on the removal of a tree (per my pesky HOA), reseeding my lawn, adding mulch, and trimming hedges. Gordon was friendly and was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. His estimate, by far, was the most reasonable and comprehensive of the 5 to 7 that I received. Then the rain came, and it came and it came. Needless to say, the job didn't get done until over a month later due to the rain and getting caught up on other jobs he had previously scheduled. Once we actually secured a date, Gordon and his crew came out and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him again and use his services again.

He gave an estimate of the cost of the work. He stayed in touch about the time of the work. And he was professional at all times and only required payment when the work was done. I am very satisfied and have recommended him to a neighbor.

Let's make this simple. Provided insurance certificate when asked. Low-cost compared to the other 4 quotes of $3-4K. Fast..under 4 hours with no mishaps. Considering each cut piece had to be lowered by rope due to proximity to pool/ pool equipment. Excellence job by a first rate crew.

I saw Gordon Frazier and his team in a nearby neighborhood, removing large trees. We exchanged information. The very next day he called and said he could trim the Bradford Pear tree in my yard right away. He arrived at my house within the hour. What I noticed about Gordon and his team was that all of them were friendly and had very good manners. Gordon was willing to give me the Angie's List discount even though I had not contacted him through Angie's list. He was very careful about supervising the man who was in the tree cutting the branches, and Gordon had me look at the tree when it was half completed to see if the trimming was according to what I asked. The tree was well-trimmed and the team was careful about cleaning up the branches and saw dust. I recommended Gordon Frazier to my next door neighbor.

The service provided by Mr. Frazier's crew was excellent. They arrived on time and did their work very professionally. Close by the large tree being felled was a Japanese maple and a deer fence; it was important to me that neither be damaged as the tree was cut down. Mr. Frazier assured me they wouldn't be, and he was true to his word. After the cutting was completed, the area was thoroughly cleaned. All of this was accomplished at a very reasonable price. I have lived in a heavily-wooded neighborhood for 25 years and during that time have employed a number of different tree services; Gordon Frazier Tree Service is without question the best, and I will definitely use them again when the need arises. I highly recommend them.

They arrived at about 10:30 in the morning, unannounced, but fortunately we were home. Gordon explained that they had been hesitant because there was some wind earlier, but that when it died down they decided to go for it. The crew was very large, and worked very fast and very hard, getting the whole project done in one day when they had originally estimated two. The trees were just feet apart, and it was a difficult and dangerous job. Gordon, one of the owners, was on-site the whole time. They were surprisingly quiet for such a project, and cleaned up our yard and smoothed it down pretty well even though it was a fairly rough area to begin with. Finally, Gordon fulfilled a promise he had made when he did the estimate and had some huge poison oak vines cut off of several other big oaks in the yard. My only reservation is that they did leave a tangle of limbs on the adjoining property, which hasn't been used for many years and is filled with downed trees, but I was not particularly comfortable adding to the mess on land we don't own.

Had to re-schedule from original workplan due to delays in completing other work; called ahead to keep me in the loop at each turn. Expertly and expeditiously completed our work upon arrival. Have already provided his business card to my neighbors.

everything went smoothly. Gordon came on saturday and gave me an estimate right on the spot . and he and his team did an excellent job at a fair price . I found this tree service to be honest and reasonable .

Gordon thinned the branches on our trees since they are very tall and top heavy. He did a good job and cleaned everything up and hauled the debris away.
