We had an unexpected water line leak during the deep freeze this winter. The Waterline Group came to my property to investigate that same day and replaced the line the next day. Their price was very reasonable and they did a great job.

The Waterline Group was phenomenal! I was nervous about replacing the pipes in my house. They were patient and explained everything. They completed the job in two days and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. LOL! I would hire them again, they were great!

All of the people who worked on this project were excellent. My main contact was with Geary Powell who prepared the estimate, coordinated with WSSC, answered all of my questions and kept in touch with me every step of the way. All of the guys who did the work knew what they were doing and did it well. Especially the guys who replaced several plumbing fixtures and valves inside my house. Lastly, the pricing was very competitive and fair. A good value for the work done.

Had a leak in main water line. Collected estimates and methods in replacing the water line. I am glad I found The Water Line Group on the web in researching best methods to replace house main water line. After calling The Water Line Group, Geary came the same day to review best method to replace the main water line. What I liked about his estimate it included two methods with no extra cost and very reasonable compared to other estimates. Work schedule was set up less than a week. I was impressed by the crew led my Jamie. They successfully did the trenchless method from the original connection to the water meter with no disturbance to house,front porch, tree, scrubs and driveway. Geary came out to give me an estimate to replace a broken pressure regulating valve on my main line. The quote they gave me was reasonable and within expectations. I also had them replace the gate valves on the line. The workers were professional and punctual. Definitely would recommend and call them again.

We were very impressed with the work of The Waterline Group. It was a big job, but the team was efficient and finished it in two days (one of the two days, there was a freeze weather alert, which was cold). They had creative solutions that saved us money. They cleaned up after the job was done. All the technicians were kind, courteous, and communicative. I had my service line rupture underground unexpectedly. The Waterline Groups uses a trenchless method to pull a new service line through the old one minimizing work. Their estimate came in at half the price of traditional plumbing companies and they were able to get water back to my house the following day.

We had a blualator pipeâ the main pipeline running into our home from outside. It began leaking and caused a sinkhole in our front yard. WSSC came out and told us the leak was coming from the pipe on our side not the water company meter. The water company gave me the report with their website for licensed companies. I reviewed it and compared it Angi list and home advisor for reviews. The Waterline Group has excellent reviews. Geary came out to inspect our home. He is professional, friendly, and the gives free quotes. Upon hiring them you will have to make a deposit. The Waterline Group does excellent work and they mark the lines between water and electricity. The Waterline Group beats the other companies by two to three thousand dollars of the other companies I had contacted and the other companies charge a fee to come out. Also, the Waterline Group noticed that when the water would be turned back on it would cause my water heater to leak. They replaced that pipe as well and quoted the price. They guarantee their work in writing. They also make sure that the water company inspector comes out to inspect the work of this magnitude before closing up the hole they have to dig. Once the inspector signs off they close the hole. Also, while the hole is opened warning tape is wrapped around so other people will avoid the area. They also take off their shoes or boots before entering the house. They rinse the porch and sidewalks after they are done with the work and clean up after themselves. I will recommend this company for this type of work every day of the week.

Geary reached out immediately after I posted my need for evaluation of a water leak. He spent over 2 hrs on my consult while we waited for WSSC to turn off main line. He coordinated local utility markings prior to getting a highly qualified crew to do tenchless repair. My water line was replaced in less than 8 hrs and the price was competitive. Geary and his team repaired the water line to our house. They were on time, thorough, and did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the project. I also appreciate the post-repair cleanup, where they left our yard as they found it, and patched the concrete where they needed to dig in the basement.

Our initial contact with the company was through Geary. He was very quick to respond and came to our home within a few hours of our Angiâ s Query for the replacement of our leaking water line from our well to our home. Our old line passes under a low wooden deck. Rather than having to dismantle the deck and dig trenches to replace the old line, Geary proposed to use a trenchless system that could rerout the water line around our deck using what amounts to a pneumatic drill in the shape of a 4ft long â missileâ that could create the necessary passageway for the new pipe without the need to dig trenches. Geary provided references for other water main work they had recently completed and I was able to speak to them prior to his coming to the house. The work was scheduled for the next day. The crew of 8 started work at 8:30 am and completed the work by 3:30pm. They were very courteous and worked well as a team. They cleaned up after themselves and when they left the property it was hard to tell that anything had been disturbed. All turf and plants that needed to be removed for the work were put back in place. Our water is back up and running and we have the added assurance of the companyâ s 20 year warranty on parts and labor. We are very pleased and would recommend Geary and this company without hesitation.

A very professional team of five worked ten hours first day to reconnect to county water source and restart water access for house. Each team member knew what he was doing and they worked together seamlessly. They came out in one day and were the lowest bidder, highest bidder was twice the price. Second day they returned to fill in the deep holes dug for access, and to re-cement area broken though to access water line. They even replanted a largish bush taken out for ease of access. Their total cleanup was superb.

They started what they would do and did what they said at the best price of 3 companies. They worked well as a team, enjoying their workâ laughing, singing, joking, while being very efficient completing the job.
