He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He provided excellent customer service and answered every question that I had. Additionally, the crew was great. They were prompt, professional and neat(cleaned up afterwards). I would highly recommend the Water Line Group.

The hard workers were there even earlier than scheduled, worked hard all day, and did an amazing job putting dirt and rocks back to how they were. They remedied a bad situation for us in the best way possible. We thank them all.

Complete main water replacement on a townhouse. Geary Powell was very accessible and clear on what the work entailed. Work quality and repair team were great. Not sure about the price didn't get additional estimates. Based on HomeAdvisor price range for main replacement the cost was midway between avg high $2500 & above avg, high of $5000.

- Straight forward: Geary was direct in assessing the issue and possible solution. He explained his approach in layman's terms, as well as what to expect throughout the repair process, and who to expect during the repair. He was forthcoming with the estimate and gave us a verbal estimate on-site, prior to receiving his written estimate, shortly after visiting our site. - Timely: Geary was timely in arriving for the estimate and his team was timely in performing their work. Geary gave me an expectation for the amount of time the work should take and his team fell reasonably within his estimated time-frames. - Professional & Accommodating: Both Geary and his on-site team conducted themselves professionally throughout the repair process. His team was also accommodating to some of my requests, such as being able to take photos of the pipe issue after the pipe excavation was complete. - Minimally Invasive: Geary and his team's approach to fix my issue was minimally invasive to my property with a smaller footprint for the repair than some of the other companies I spoke with. His team's repair to my concrete mimicked the texture and grading of the original. - Quality: Finally, the most important thing in a home repair is the quality of the work. Based on the extensive conversation that I had with the municipal water inspector who reviewed his team's work and connection - he had glowing compliments of the quality of Geary's team's work.

Geary was very responsive, getting a quote before others had even responded. They quoted 2 prices depending on what they would have to do to repair the leak, and it turned out the solution was the cheapest one, while other had assumed the worse case. Once they had the go ahead they came promptly and on time, found the leak and fixed it within a few hours, coordinated the next day to get the inspection done by the utility and came back pretty much within a couple hours to finish the job. Later came back to bring better soil for the grass to come back next spring. They explained well, did what they promised and at a fair price. Happy I found them and would recommend the Water Line Group to anyone needing main line repair.
