The two men arrived on time, gave a reasonable estimate on one repair and ended up fixing two problems we had for a reasonable price. We were very satisfied and happy with their work and professionalism.

These folks responded to my solicitation within 30 minutes of posting on Home Advisor. They sent a very qualified technician the next day and he saved me about $700 over the proposal from my former contractor. Shortly after asking for a quote the company called me and I got an apt today after 3:00. The tech called me to advise that he was on the way to my house. The tech was Stephen Dunn and he was very professional, courteous and friendly. I showed him the problems and he fixed the problems and did some additional work. He was very knowledgable. I would recommend this company and anymore repairs ect, I will call them for the repairs.

Very professional. True to their word. Took good care called the proper agencies needed to ensure digging was safe and within regulations. Prompt with the work. And when finished you couldn't tell work had been needed or completed! Plumbing is expensive already but very competitive with pricing. Thank you for your time and effort.

In comparison to other quotes, they are a little on the pricey side; however, the quality service, professionalism and rapport I established with the company outweighs saving a few bucks.

Experienced and knowledgeable technician. Courteous and helpful front office. I would give them 5* for work quality and value for money if the repair was completed on the same day. Specifically, after testing the system, they detected the problems right away, a leak in 1 zone and 2 sprinkler heads to replace in an another zone. It took them 15 mins to dig and located the leak, but they don't have the parts to fix it right away. They told me that I'll be their 1st client the next day, but no one showed up the next day. I had to call the office to schedule another appointment and had to arrange to stay home another 1/2 day. For the miscommunication, they didn't charge me for the work performed the previous day. I feel that their cost is reasonable but I'm not sure since I didn't get an another quote.

Incredible Work!!! We were delayed several times but only because of the weather. However, once the crew showed up, it was game time and what an incredible job they did. I was most impressed that it only took them two days. This job was for 11 zones, and over 2500 feet of pipe, more than 50 sprinkler heads and it works great! All employees were professional and paid close attention to detail. Many of the areas where pipe is run it is difficult to tell where they cut through the turf. When they were done, they policed the area removed all debris and we are good to go, very happy with the finished product.
