Great service on a broken head. Decided to go with them for the Winter service. Additionally, referred my neighbor.

Geary Powell's team installed a 9 zone watering system in my yard quickly and very professionally. Not only were all the zones tested and setup, time was taken to ensure that I understood and could use the wireless controller (Rachio's Gen 2). I would not hesitate to recommend Geary and his team to anyone!

These guys were great! I highly recommend them for replacing a water main line. They were professional and worked extremely hard. They showed up on time every day and worked until 5 or so. Complications came up when installing my line so the work extended into 3 days. I appreciate the way the crew adapted to this additional day and worked until the line was repaired.

After the initial installation of the sprinkler system, I requested a modification of the system to add another zone. Geary Powell cheerfully accommodated my request and sent his crew out for another morning's work. The result is a system that thoroughly covers my entire yard.

I was very impressed with The Irrigation Professionals. They did great work, on a fast timeline, and have proven very responsive to my follow-up questions.

Work was not very professional. They tried to cut corners. They tried to install sprinkler wires only 3" below surface until I noticed them and got it corrected. After removing the grass for fixing the water pipes, grass repair work was sloppy.

He was incredibly knowledgeable. I forwarded his information to my neighbors. He's very professional.

They were prompt, professional and thorough. They knew their jobs well and were done in less than 30 mins.

This is the worst service ever, no show 3 times and did not call to let me know, was told tech was sent out today did not have the address, previous no show same excuse was used. The times they did show, they did not complete work. Original box had 7 zones but was burned out so had to be replaced. Was replaced with 6 zone box but charged for 7 zones and most recently told we only had 4 active zones. Dealt with too many techs to get a straight answer and office person did not seem to have all the info either. I asked that she look up the bill to explain the charge for the box but weeks later nothing. We gave up a Saturday and a Sunday waiting for them to show up and I took today off, July 1st and again a no show. How does this company stay in business? 3 no shows and half assed work. The last time they were scheduled to come out I was told I would receive a discount for inconvenience (2 no shows) but that wasn't conveyed to the tech who came out so full charge for the work done but still did not complete the work. Tech said he couldn't finish because he had other appts and was not told about all the work so he had to leave to take care of them and I needed call the office and reschedule. Poor way to run a company, a lot of time wasted. I really think they should get 0 stars. I thought Home Advisor had better companies but guess not.

This was my first experience with The Irrigation Professionals. They returned my call immediately and came out the same day to inspect my system and give me an estimate for sprinkler head replacements and system adjustments. The next day, they completed the work in a very professional manner with excellent results. In addition, they gave me a three year warranty on the work they completed. I am happy to have found a reliable, professional team that will become my go to choice for all my irrigation needs!

Got a couple of estimates for an irrigation system. Geary was the only one to actually come out and walk the property with me to understand what my concerns and requirements where. He gave me an estimate with options. Other companies didn't bother and based their more expensive estimates on Gmaps. We had a couple of issues installing the system. Geary and his crew quickly resolve the issues and I couldn't be more happy. Just ask if they could tweak the system, and they will be back in right away. Couldn't be more pleased with the work, the professional and customer service. So one more question, is it possible to configure the sprinklers not only to over spray the front beds but also the strip between the side walk and the street? Not a big deal, but would be nice. The grass that is already being covered is so thick and healthy and am happy. His company did an excellent job! If you are looking to have an irrigation installed, Geary is the guy you want.

Knowledgeable and low key presentation with good follow-up during process.

Needed to have the main water line to my home replaced because it was polybutylene that the previous owner neglected to replace. They were here a total of two days and you could not even tell they were here upon completion. My yard looked exactly like it did before they arrived. Customer service was excellent. Mr. Powell walked me through everything and was happy to answer any questions or address any concerns. For a project that could have made life very difficult for two days, I barely noticed that they were there. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

the system came with my new home and I'm new to sprinkler system ownership and needed someone to come help me activate my system. After trying to start it on my own, I realized a sprinkler head needed repair and decided to hire a professional. I went on Home Advisor, and by the next day I was receiving a phone call from The Irrigation Professionals, and they were even able to send someone out first thing early that same morning. Their response was amazing!! The three guys checked my system and repaired/replaced what was needed. They didn't consult with me on everything, but did consult me on a few things. After getting my bill, I would have preferred they consulted with me on everything, including any minor replacements they did which ended up costing me more money. They were fast and efficient, however it did annoy me that they would walk through my lawn and landscaping when they could see me, as the homeowner, using the sidewalk or stone paths to avoid damaging my landscaping. I appreciated the overview from the tech in the end after he programmed my system and educated me on how many zones I have and how much time each zone would be watered and at what time. Aside from some minor upsets like the hidden charges that costed me in the end (which I will overlook this time considering they could came out to my home so quickly), I am happy with their customer service, professionalism, speed of service, and am considering signing a contract to use them in the future for winterization and activation next Spring.
