Definitely recommend this group. Geary Powell was first to contact me and met me in a timely manner. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He gave me a competitive bid and followed up with me. The work crew (led by a very polite man) showed up on time and was professional as well. The underground pipe ran in a strange direction but the crew handled it so smoothly it hardly seemed an obstacle (although they worked very hard to address it). Even with all the extra unexpected work they still finished on time. I was a little worried about the extra costs but Geary came back with a reasonable (very small) up-charge for which I was very grateful. They say "you get what you pay for," but I think I really got MORE (if that's possible). On a side note, I had a really good feeling about Geary when I met him, but out of the three companies from whom I got a bid, there was one that was really low, so I called them, and called them, and after wasting my time (they never replied) I went with The Irrigation Professionals. There's a lesson in there somewhere.

Great customer service and responsiveness!

Exceptional service and value. I was contacted promptly. The company representative showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He explained my options and provided an estimate for each. Once selected, care was taken to ensure minimal impact on both the landscape and home's interior. Clean-up was thorough and one has to look closely to see any sign of their having dug holes and trenches in the front yard. I highly recommend Geary Powell and his staff from the Water-line Repair Division and would do business with The Irrigation Professionals in the future.

They installed a new water main to my house and did a great job. Geary was very good at communicating the status of the project to me from beginning to end. He also went out of his way to help me get additional required work done that only the city can do... (still working on that.) His crew worked hard and adapted well to challenges that came up during the project. Their price was fair and competitive. Would definitely hire again.
