I reached out to The Waterline Group (TWG) after getting a quote from one of the large plumbing companies in the area. The problem was a bad Backflow Preventer. The quote was very high and included work that didnâ t need to be done. TWG inspected the problem and got me on the schedule quickly for $900 less than what I was previously quoted. The TWG technicians were very polite and efficient and everything has been working great ever since. TWG exceeded my expectations and they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Fast response and very professional!!! I called Geary Powell for an estimate to replace my water main line and he came to my house within a few hours. The estimate was way better than my previous estimate from another company. I let him know I would be hiring them the following week. Geary kept in touch with me to see when I would be ready to start as I made arranged for the deposit. Once the deposit was made he scheduled for people from the city to come out and mark the lawn for data and electrical lines. I believe 3 different people from the city came out to make marks days before Geary's team came out the following Monday. His team showed up on time and finished most of the work the same day. I was impressed. The only thing that needed to be done the next day was to put the dirt back in the 3 holes. After it was all done, you could not even tell that my lawn was dug up. Geary also emailed me all documentation as requested. I am for sure going to recommend them to my neighbors if they ever need their water line replaced.

My main water line broke just before Thanksgiving. I called Geary Powell of the Water Line Group, the day before Thanksgiving. He and his crew came to assess the situation within a couple of hours, to my surprise. He gave me a reasonable quote, and was always polite and professional; and responded to my questions and concerns promptly. After obtaining the permits and clearance from "Miss Utility", his crew showed up promptly Monday morning, and worked extremely hard all day. It was a two day job. They showed up promptly again the next day to finish up. Again, they worked extremely hard all day until the water line was installed. After they finished, I could barely tell that they had dug large holes in my yard. They did an awesome job restoring the grass and mulch as close as possible, in the way it was. I was very pleased with their work, and glad that I hired them. I would definitely hire them again.

All the necessary work was done to our satisfaction including the restoring the landscape involved. The team was very professional., friendly, pleasant, considerate, efficient, tidy around the work area. On the last workday the company owner came by himself to correct and finish up a minor correction and look over the entire finished project.

When it came to the most important part, getting mainline in to pass inspection-that got it right the first time! And, the price was far better than all of the other quotes for the exact same work project.
