They were wonderful to work with and I didn't feel like they were there to rip me off. I had many irrigation companies come out to give estimates and diagnose the problems I had but never felt what they were selling me were the real issues and they certainly don't compare to the price I paid. Because of the quality of work, honesty, and value I will use Irrigation Professionals again and again. I will also recommend them over anyone else in the industry.

My system started malfunctioning on the same day they "completed" the job. I called the supervisor who told me would get them in on the following Monday as it was a weekend. Monday came and no one showed up. I called and was told they'd have to get some one in Wednesday. So at the time of this review, I haven't been able to use the sprinkler system to be able to rate it fairly. Their workmanship is average.

Employees came in the day they were scheduled on time, they were very professional, they knew what they were doing. They were very clean. I am very pleased with their service. Thank You.

They were very responsive on setting up appointments. I did have to make sure I reviewed all of their work to insure the job was done correctly. Their charge for parts seemed excessive.

First there never on time. Second they called late at night 6.30 pm to say they would be by next day. I responded in the morning to except but got a message saying it's was going to rain and they were not coming. Third they have never met the appointment window. Forth they started to dig in my yard but had to quite because had other appointments. Yesterday they never showed up!
