They had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute. They contacted me and explained their situation. The fact that they kept me informed was important to me. They showed-up as promised on the new date and completed the job satisfactorily.

The installation crew did the job in two days, everything works, and they did a good job of cleaning up and putting everything back in place.

I requested the sprinkling to be between 4-5 a.m. on Tues. but it is still sprinkling at 6 pm on Friday. I called but have not heard back.

I was very pleased with the work that was completed. They were a little busy during the beginning months of the summer so it did take sometime before they were actually able to make it out to our home. But we were pleased with the end result. My only complaint would be I wish they would of been in more contact with us during the waiting period, like just providing us with an update here and there. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

The agent (Geary) and workers were true professionals and did outstanding work. They replaced my 35+ years old plastic water service line with a copper line. This was a lot of work and when they were finished the yard and grass looked really great, even though there were four large holes dug to install the new line. The new water service line installation in my home looks really great. The project cost was very competitive with other estimates. The project estimate fully explained the work to be done, which I really liked. I highly recommend them.

Contractor did very sloppy and unprofessional job and did not respond to my communication. Also, did not acquire proper permits from the county.

The appointment was rescheduled on the morning they were suppose to turn on my sprinkler system. The tech came on Mothers Day to turn on the water. He did a good job but he was unable to raise the height on 2 sprinkler heads and informed that I would have to schedule another appointment to get the heads fixed at an additional home visit cost of $90.00. I was told that the tech would be able to fix and adjust my system when he got there but he said he does not do that kind of work,, so I have to pay twice.

The Irrigation Professionals is the ultimate in honest business practices, quality work at a reasonable price, and excellent customer service. I received 3 estimates from 3 different companies. The Irrigation Professional's estimate was the cheapest of the 3 received, and it was less than half of the estimated cost for the highest of the 3 estimates received. The estimated cost was well within the HomeAdvisor estimates for my residence. I had 2 other plumbers to insist that the water leak was definitely on my water line, and they were both recommending that I replace my entire water line ... The other 2 companies were only offering a 1 year warranty on their repairs. The Irrigation Professionals offer a 10 year warranty on their repairs.. ... Praise God that I found this company. This was the only company I found that recommended that I repair and NOT replace my existing water line ... and here is the best part. After only about an hour into the job, this company concluded that the actual leak was NOT on my side of the line. Despite claims to the contrary from the other 2 plumbers (and from WSSC). In fact, after it was determined not to be a leak on my water line, WSSC insisted that the water was ground water (not WSSC water), and initially refused to do anything to repair the leak. The Irrigation Professionals insisted that I stay on top of WSSC to fix this problem. In the end, WSSC agreed that the leak was their responsibility, and eventually repaired it. The actual leak was on the line from the main to my neighbors house, and the leak was under the street. and the water was surfacing on my property. I was only charged the minimal fee for the short time spent digging up a portion of my line. I would give this company as many stars as allowed ... and I strongly recommend that you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

They arrived on time, they called and confirmed the appointment, they were friendly and easy to talk to. They checked on my sprinkler system, programmed and showed me how to use it. They tested everything and made very good recommendations. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for sure. Very pleased with their services.

First, I was scheduled for an appointment on a Wednesday and no one showed up or called. I called the office the next day to reschedule and the lady had no idea no one had come, even though I had texted the boss when they didn’t show up. Then to top it off, I was given a quote of $135 via text message and sent pictures because he didn’t want to come out to give a quote. The pictures clearly showed a broken pipe and damaged backflow. When they arrived to do the work I was told it was going to be $285. He claimed he didn’t know the backflow was damaged yet the pictures clearly showed it. The guy on the job was apologetic but not the boss on the phone that misquoted me. I will not do business with them again.

Courteous service. Pleasant agent (Geary), very easy to talk to, very informative. The installation was quick and of good quality.

Fernando is excellent. The fee seems high but I do not want my plantings to die in this heat before the other company arrives 5/11. He diagnosed a cracked pipe for my hand held hose and is going to repair it. He is off to get needed supplies. Charge seems high but I need the pipe/hose for other plantings. Fernando is caring , focused and seemingly knowledgeable. More later after this additional job.
