The Irrigation Professional did a phenomenal job repairing my sprinkler system! The techs arrived within he agreed upon window; they knew what they were doing and toke their time to do it right! They noted and repaired previous wiring from a different sprinkler company ... the repairs resolved issues I had been having for some time; they even buried exposed hoses - over looked by a previous company. All this at near half the cost quoted by an earlier company. Very pleased with their work!

Never installed the sub meter despite having been promised by Assistant, Rebecca, and Manager, Geary Powell. Spoke with Powell about 5 days ago and I asked him if Rebecca would --definitely-- pull the permit to install the sub meter. He assured me she would. However, no follow up whatsoever, and still no sub meter installed despite having been charged for project. Unprofessionalism is an understatement to describe this company. Finally pursued legal action against company by filing consumer complaint with Virginia Attorney General; case pending. Second contractor recommended via Home Advisor who did a botched job. Contractors should to do more than pass a written exam to earn a Home Advisor certification. I do not think I can rely on any more Home Advisor referrals.

Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond with customer service. More expensive than expected. But fixed all issues same day and quickly. I would use again.

The business rep was knowledgeable and personable. He was able to start my job sooner than expected. The team was professional and started and finished the job -- albeit difficult -- in one day, corresponding with me the whole day. Miquel (phonetic) -- English speaking and understanding -- the lead was very helpful in explaining to me what was being done, and afterwards what I needed to do to prevent water leakage inside my home. I definitely will refer them to my neighborhood.

They came to perform an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable and I hired them on the spot. They had all the necessary material to fix my issue in their truck and were done within an hour. Would definitely use them again.

Geary gave us a reasonable quote for a big job - replacing the water main to our home when it burst this past January. We had communication issues with Geary that resulted in the job to be finished late, and the cost to escalate. However, the real problem is that the crew botched the inside plumbing job, and now water does not go to the outside spigots. I contacted Geary twice, but never got resolution other than getting into it. I will another plumber to finish the job. I think the job was too big for this company. If the job is small and manageable, I think they will be OK. If it is complex, be very careful with The irrigation professionals.

Geary was very professional and quick to respond to my problem. He sent over a team to fix my leaking pipe and communicated with me the entire time. Even after the pipe was fixed, Geary reached out to ask if there was anything else he could do to help. This company did great work and I would highly recommend them to others!

Geary Powell was our POC for this job. He called within minutes of me submitting the request to Home Advisor. He had an appointment later that day and was able to stop by even though it was a Sunday. They got the job done on time, on budget, and with quality. I especially appreciate how Geary kept us up to date as the job progressed. Great job!

Geary From The Water Line Group was easy to work with, he showed up exactly when he said he would to provide an estimate. When it came time to schedule the replacement he was able to get me scheduled for the next day. His crew showed up on time and worked hard all day to complete the work. The work they did was clean and all of the holes they dug were refilled and packed in perfectly, you can hardly tell any work was done! I would recommend this company for water line replacement, the price was excellent and the work was too.

I contacted a couple of other plumbers to help us with the water leak in our foundation. It was an emergency, and water was pouring from the leak. Gary at Irrigation Plumbers came out within an hour of my call and had a team working on the leak shortly thereafter. They dug down to the leak (near our water main line) and repaired the leak, sealed the wall (inside and out). They also identified a few issues (e.g., our water main was not completely enclosed in a pvc pipe to the house, leaky check valve) and made repairs on them to avoid future problems. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable. We will use Irrigation Plumbers again.

I contacted a few folks through Home Advisor to perform this work and decided to interview 1 more contractor and boy was I happy I did. Not only was Gearys price better by a significant amount but his team was awesome and Geary was open to suggestions from me to the job which helped save me hundreds of dollars. To top it all off they add an unheard of warranty on their work of 15 years. That covers financial and value part the next question you all might have is quality of the work and cleanup. My yard is indiscernible there was any work done, I know it happened because I saw it dug but no one else could tell there were three holes through the yard that were each approx 4feet deep. They replaced the sod in 2 of the areas and the hole adjacent to the foundation they moved all the bed ornamentation back. They also raked the grass where they had the tarps to hold the dirt they removed from the holes. I could go on and on but suffice it to say I was very pleased I found Geary and contracted with he and his team. While I am NOT happy having to spend money for something as silly as repairing a water line that blow was softened by finding a quality contractor at a price that was well within the budget I set for the job. Thank you Geary!

The crew did an excellent job, staying until it was done even though it was Christmas Eve. The team was dedicated and cleaned up well after themselves to restore our yard. Highly recommended!
