Although they have not yet performed the work since VA Irrigation did the work and claimed they were from Irrigation Professionals, Irrigation Professionals has been very understanding and patient. I appreciate their customer service and would probably give five stars for their work but since it has yet to be performed, I gave four stars.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of service provided by Geary and his team. The work was very professionally done at the right price. It included a complete walk through of my existing system, updating heads adding a new zone (can't even tell where they dug for the new line) and fixing coverage issues which included moving several heads and installing others. The crew respected my property and were very thorough. Geary came out throughout the day and checked in on progress. I highly recommend them and will have them continue with annual maintenance. Very happy customer.

I started off needing a few heads replaced and one capped. I was told the price would be $340. They had a problem with one head being entrenched in tree roots and I was left an invoice for $371. A few days later the company called and said they had a new invoice for over $480. I have a big problem with being told one price and then get 2 separate invoices for different amounts. I am currently "discussing" this situation with them

Came early and stayed late. I signed 2 year service agreement for future work.

They did great! They back their name up. Very professional, on time, and explained in detail what they were going to do. Very clean after the job was done.

Overall it was excellent. They make modifications based on what you want.

We are very happy with the sprinkler system. Geary Powell and his team did an excellent job. The price was also right. Customer service is also very good. Any time we need a minor tweak we call Geary and they respond immediately. We strongly recommend them.
