+ 0 moreThe initial contact was great! The owner came out and gave me an estimate. He looked over the bathroom, made suggestions, etc. He had some super great ideas and we were ready to get the remodel done! He seemed very nice and professional, and super friendly. But when I called him more than three times bc we wanted him to have the job, none of my calls were ever returned. Very lacking in professionalism I thought! What made this even worse was the fact that he came highly recommended from one of his neighbors.
Description of Work: I think it was mid Spring, last year, that I called this company for an estimate for a small bathroom renovation. The owner promptly came out to give me an estimate for our bathroom .... He was referred to me by one of his neighbors....they spoke very highly of him. At the time of writing this review, I'm not sure if all of my info on Angie's List has been properly updated (regarding address, and full name).

+ -1 moreCalled because I used this contractor before. Came same day and removed disconnected aluminum trim and nailed remaining trim for safety purposes. Very happy with that service. Then, no communication for over a week, came without notice and replaced damaged aluminum strips. It looks fine and appears to be a good job. I was not given an estimate and I feel the price was high.
Description of Work: Replaced wind damaged siding.

+ 2 moreThey performed all the tasks without any issue and in good time. They were generally polite and nice. Made some good suggestions for easy things that we could do that would save us money. Overall good company.
Description of Work: Replaced water heater, pan and drain for water heater. Replaced valve for house main. Repaired Roof of missing shingles, and soft spot. Installed electrical junction boxes in variety of locations. Corrected Condensation drain for Air Conditioning.
