+ 0 moreSolutions Mechanical took our call live, no answering service (phew) , within minutes gave us an arrival time of an hour later. They were on site promptly, diagnosed the problems (pump failures)and stuck to the job for several hours until we were back up and running. They explained what they were doing and we were impressed with the professionalism, competence and their desire to give us an outstanding customer experience. They had a high awareness of our need for service and very familiar with the needs of livestock. I have no hesitation in giving my highest accolades, I won't be using anyone else for my plumbing and other mechanical needs anytime soon.
Description of Work: Complete water failure left us in a tricky situation as we have horses. We have a well and needed immediate support.
