Great! Wilber came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. Then he came as scheduled to do the job. He arrived on time and worked quickly. I will definitely be calling him again if I need trees trimmed.

This is a great company! I emailed the company, and they responded almost immediately. They came out the next morning to give me an estimate. The following morning the crew arrived to do the job. They were very friendly, and did great work. I will use them again.

The work was scheduled timely and Mr. Turcios provided me with a very reasonable estimate to grind about 9 stumps. Service Tree Care, Inc is an honest company that treats its customers fairly and professionally. I was very happy to have them do my tree work and I would highly recommend them to other Angies List customers.

I was very happy with the professionalism and value of this tree service. The provider came out immediately when called for a quote and performed the work in a timely and thorough fashion. The cost was much less than I had anticipated.

The tree had extensive roots that needed to be cut and dug up. They had the appropriate equipment and did the work quickly and effectively. They cleaned up after their work thoroughly. We were very pleased with Wilbur"s professionalism as well.

Service Tree Care was absolutely great. They were punctual, communicated issues well, performed the planned work on time and on budget, and did an especially good job of cleanup afterwards. I definitely recommend them to all.

The work took five days and at the completion of work each night, the crew cleaned their work area, Wilber checked to ensure everything was acceptable and informed me when they would return. In addition, his crew was professional, safety conscious and hardworking. I highly recommend Service Tree Care, because of their price, outstanding work and the trust I have in Wilber.

Wilbur and his crew were fantastic. They were pros. Amazed at their climbing abilities in some tall and dangerous areas. Took down the trees which were posing a danger. One I estimated at almost a 150 years old, over 148 growth rings, its core was rotting and if it fell it would of taken out part of our home. Another large tree would of taken out part of my neighbors home. I now have peace of mind. They cleaned up and stacked the good wood for me to split to use in our wood stove. They shredded and hauled off the stuff I couldnt use. Their price was fair and the quality of their work was second to none. I will be using them again soon for more work. He kept in touch with me during the scheduling so was able to make it out sooner then I anticipated which was great. Was holding my breath at every storm that was brewing wondering if it would be the one to take down our trees. My advice is to use them and dont go for the cheap when two guys and a beat up pick up show up at your door and offer work. They are uninsured and will take off after accidentally dropping a tree on your home. Its worth paying a fair price to hire someone like Service Tree Care.

The owner showed up on time for the estimate, and stayed in contact with me after. He was flexible to what we wanted. The tree removal was done quickly, they took care not to damage any property, and cut up some wood we wanted to keep for firewood. They even stacked up the firewood. After grinding down the stumps, they put the ground wood in the mulch bed in the back. The clean the yard and did an overall great job. I easily recommend them.

Cut down a very large dead tree about 70' - 80' tall. Arrived on time and finished within 4 hours. Crew of 3, very professional, hard working. Did not damage any surrounding trees - cut down very carefully. Shed under tree was not damaged in the slightest. Stacked wood (we asked them not to take the wood) neatly. Responsive good communication via cell and email.

Did a fantastic job. Quick. Great email and telephone communication leading up to the job. Estimate and contract provided in advance of job. Arrived for the job on time the day and window promised. Three workers on the job. Responsive. His crew all wore company shirts. Owner is kind and knowledgeable arborist. Cleaned up all wood.

The price was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received. However, the primary reason I chose this provider was because Mr Turcios' offer was fair and honest for the job that needed to be done. I was not disappointed. It also helped that I looked up the provider on Angie's list. The job was started promptly the next morning and finished about noon. The crew did an excellent job and I was particularly impressed with their machinery and equipment. They had all the tools to get the job done quickly and professionally. I will be using this provider again and highly recommend his services.

I always attempt to get 3 estimates for any job I am going to have done. I already had 2 and I called Service Tree Service. I spoke to Wilbur on a Tuesday and he asked me to text him my address which I did. A few hours went by and he hadn't showed up so I called him and gave him my address again. He must have been in a bad area and didn't receive my original text. He was apologetic and asked if I was still interested in him coming out and I said I was. He came out and was professional and again apologized for not getting my earlier text ( must have been a verizon problem). He gave me a fair estimate and said he could do it the next morning at 8am if i was interested. I immediately said yes. He showed up at the agreed time with his crew. They were professional respected my property. They saved me a lot of time and a sore back. My 2 year old son loves trucks and machinery and they allowed me to have him watch, from a safe distance of course, all of the action which was fun for him. After they were done grinding the stumps they raked all of the chips into the holes and cleaned up the area. They did a very good job. I have never had any stumps ground up before so I assumed the entire stump was ground up from what I could initially see. I didn't check to ensure all was gone to MY satisfaction. THIS WAS TOTALLY ON ME, NOT ON THE CREW. On the last stump Wilbur asked if it all looked good and I said yes. This is for people who may get stumps ground up in the future-- use a pick, long screwdriver, or some kind of prodding device to ensure all of the roots & stump material are gone to your satisfaction prior to the grinder leaving!!! YES I WOULD HIRE WILBUR AGAIN IN AN INSTANT!!!! ,

Everything was done professionally and timely. Originally we were to get the mulch from the shredding, but ha noticed that too many levels were in it, so it would not be good. Appreciated. That and also that he would be happy to drop off mulch from another job that did not want it. We will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again.

Could not have asked for a better job. Highly recommend Wilbur and his crew. He obviously is very busy but went out of his way to make sure the work was done. It took three full days and, if he could not be here, he let me know and came soon thereafter. So pleased!

Wilber and his team did an outstanding job. They were very professional and my neighbors noticed how they were very careful around there property.

Wilber and team were great. Without hesitation I would use again and recommend to others. Wilber was very responsive despite the recent storms in the areas, which I am sure had his team busy. He made an appointment to provide an estimate based on our needs and then returned the next week to complete the work. His price was below that of his competitors. His team was on-time and completed the work quickly. We live on Bull Run Mountain, where the terrain is a little bit steep and the soil is rocky. Wilber and team navigated into the backyard and took down the dead trees. They did a great job with neatly stacking the remaining wood for fire and removing the stump of the larger tree. The results were better than I could have imagined.

Wilbur is amazing! He contacted me within 12 hours of receiving my email requesting service. We made an appointment to meet at my house in the evening so that he could take a look at what I needed done. He was dressed very professionally, introduced himself, provided me with a business card and proceeded to walk the property and offer suggestions and options. He emailed me an estimate the next day with different options to choose from at different prices. I received two other estimates, one of which was less than Wilburs however, the salesperson from the other company did not feel it was necessary to meet with me so he just drove by my house and put the estimate on the door. I liked that Wilbur was willing to walk the property with me and give me the opportunity to ask a lot of questions. I thought for sure Wilbur was a "non-working" owner and basically just a young businessman with crews to take care of the hard stuff. Nope, on the day of services Wilbur himself showed up with his crew in his working man's attire ready to tackle the day. He and his guys are awesome to watch. They really know exactly what they are doing and they are incredibly quick and efficient. The guys were at my house for 3 mornings straight because I kept adding work for them to do. They cleaned up everything before they left each day. My neighbors were impressed with how quickly they were able to accomplish everything they set out to do. I would definitely use Wilbur and his guys again if I am ever in need.

Wilber is great to work with. He responded promptly to all phone and email contacts. He came to our home to evaluate what needed to be done and to explain what was involved. We were given a price that was very fair. We were glad to know ahead of time how each area would be accessed and what to expect. One tree stump was near underground utilities, so he guided his machinery especially carefully where utility markings were made. Both Wilber and his assistant cleaned up each place where a stump was removed. They made a neat pile of the wood chips so that we could use them for several garden areas. We are glad to recommend this company to other members.

They arrived on time. Wilbur and his crew were extremely nice and courteous. He did everything we asked and more. He even spread mulch from our tree for free. The trees they worked on look terrific. We are extremely happy at how the work was done and the result. They cleaned up very well, and the price was an excellent value given the amount of work they did.

Wilbur had provided an estimate that was far less than several other tree companies. After meeting him on two occasions for estimates I'm very glad I chose him. His crew arrived promptly and were very careful throughout the day. The large oak tree Hanging over my house was flawlessly removed. Wilbur provided close supervision throughout the day and followed all of my input and addressed each concern. Clean up was excellent and they also unloaded some wood chips in our driveway for backyard ground cover. I will be using this company again for further tree removal in the future.

Wilber, is the best, very responsive, excellent price, did some extra clean-up that was not part of the original removal; additionally nice and personable. I will use him again and recommend him wholeheartedly. An excellent experience.

Great job! I am impressed. Wilbur was very professional and punctual for estimate. Let me know they had to delay date because of weather. Cleaned up very nicely. Was very good at communicating what was going on and when it would be done. Will definitely use them again and have provided contact info to friends who need tree service. Well done!

They did a good job with grinding the stump quickly. The one concern I had is that communication was difficult. We had never set up a date/time to have the service performed and then one day I was home and they just showed up on my doorstep to do the work. I fortunately had the time for them to do it that day. However I cannot say for certain that I would use them again because of the communication issues.

Wilbur's team did a spectacular job with the removal of the large tree without doing any damage to our or our neighbors property. He insured his machinery also did no damage to the yards when bringing them in. He performed the work at an exceptionally low rate compared to other bids and was able to schedule the work for 3 days after we gave him the go ahead. Very satisfied with the work performed.
