While work was originally scheduled to remove two trees from back yard, I asked about reshaping front yard tree either now or at a latter date. Our rep, Wiber Turcious said the add'l cost would be less if he could do it now while most of his team and major equipment was already on site. All he needed to do was check the availability of their bucket lift truck which fortunately was available and rolled up about an hour into the proceedings. Removal of the back yard trees was literately surgical in nature as the team cut and lowered each tree in segments till they got them to a height where there was no danger of hitting any structure. They then hand carried all cuttings to front yard where everything was ground into mulch on site. The front yard oak was re-shaped and thinned using the bucket lift. All cuttings and debris were removed. The yard and curb area were both raked and blown clean. All in all a quality job at a fair price from folks who know what they're doing and have the right equipment for the job.

We had a giant oak tree removed from our fenced in backyard where the only access to it was across our septic distribution field (limiting equipment being driven across the yard). The tree was close to the house as well. The crew arrived promptly at their start time and worked diligently for 11 hours removing all the limbs and the trunk, chipping the smaller branches, and grinding the stump. They cleaned up after themselves (we elected to split and keep the wood for ourselves) and even followed up the next day to make sure we were happy - which we were. We plan on using this company for any relevant home ownership needs in the future.

Wilber and his team did an amazing job getting all of my trees (13 of them) removed in a safe and timely manner. Wilber and his team showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up all of the debris before they left. His team also helped rescue a family of baby squirrels before cutting down one of my tall dead oak trees. Wilber and his team are my go to company now for anything tree related. Thanks guys!

Service Tree Care did excellent work and deserves all the great reviews they have received! I provided detailed instructions and a map. Service did everything they were supposed to do. I received estimates from 5 companies. Service came in the lowest, lower than I expected based on my experience from previous large tree jobs on my property. They did a great job avoiding damage to my lawn, much less damage than I anticipated, again based on previous experience, even though conditions were wet with snow for a portion of the job. Mr. Turcios is a very pleasant man to work with, and his crew performed very professionally. They cleaned up the property at the end of each day.

Have used Wilbur and his team twice now. Once in an emergency for a downed tree, once for maintenance. Both times the services we performed timely and professionally with excellent results for a fair price. Will continue to use Service Tree Care as the need arises.

Wilbur and his team exceeded all of our expectations! From the beginning, we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and his fair estimate (especially compared to the competition, which was much higher). We are getting ready to sell our home and wanted to do a lot of tree and shrub pruning and needed help clearing a walking path to our pond. Service Tree Care provided very quick service. I had a decent size job but they came with a big crew and all the right tools to finish the job quickly. They did a thorough job and left my yard looking much better. They are definitely my go to company the next time I need tree work done.

Wil Turcios came out and provided an estimate within two days of our initial inquiry--he also very kindly modified the estimate after my spouse and I realized that we needed to have an additional tree removed and stump ground. He and his crew came out on the day scheduled, on time and ready to work. They confirmed what we wanted done and they did a fantastic job! Throughout the process, Wil and his team were courteous, professional and were happy to explain any part of the process we had questions on. There was a minor mishap but Wil came back and made it right without issue. We had a terrific experience with Service Tree Care and would gladly recommend them.

Wil and his team were wonderful. They removed several trees from the property and were kind enough to cut everything down and stack it in our yard for later use. They stayed till the work was completed and Wil checked back to ensure we were satisfied with the job. There was a minor issue that Wil went to great lengths to resolve. Wilber was very punctual, friendly and clean. He showed up on time with his professional shredder and bucket truck, roped off and the branch was down, cleaned up and tidy but for some sawdust before my coffee was cold.

This was the last of three tree services I called to get an estimate for the removal of a large White Pine that blew over during the recent nor'easter. After a bit of phone tag (not their fault) they came out and delivered the best estimate of the three. Even though this was a very busy time for tree services, they were able to get to me the very next morning. They showed up around 8:00 AM and were done before noon. The tree was gone, the stump was ground, and the earth that was upturned by the root ball was smoothed out. My property was left tidy and with minimal disturbance. Good job!

During an unusually strong windstorm, we had a huge, 100+ year old oak tree blown down in our yard (thankfully away from our house). Wilber and his team not only offered a highly competitive price, but delivered a full range of services that took care of the tree and left our yard in great shape. The tree required a crane on-site to stabilize the unwieldy root ball and lift sections of the trunk, a massive stump grinder to demolish the root base and jagged tree parts sticking out of the ground, a front end loader to move smaller pieces around, and multiple men with chainsaws to cut it into manageable pieces. Wilber and his staff expertly coordinated all of these resources and was able to complete the job in a single day. We have previously had tree servicing performed on a smaller scale by multiple vendors (including Service Tree Care), but Wilber and his team remain our first choice to deliver high quality work with great attention to detail at a very competitive price.

Service Tree Care's bid for the work was the most competitive and offered the most value. They were very timely, accommodating and responsive with respect to scheduling the estimate and the work. They completed the job fully as promised and there were no issues whatsoever. I was impressed by the extent of the equipment they have available and brought to the site - work trucks, bucket truck, chippers, stump grinders, etc. I'm especially glad I went with Service Tree Care because some of the proposals from other companies involved only trimming trees, which it was later very obvious needed to be taken down completely (the trees were severely rotten inside). I would definitely recommend this company, and use them again myself.

Wilbur of Service Tree Care Inc. provided a fair estimate for the work I needed. He was punctual and his men did an outstanding job. Two of his men climbed to the upper portion of the trees to cut off the major limbs. This effort avoided damage to the property that would have been caused had the trees been cut down without the limb removal. The company used a very large industrial wood chipper to dispose of all but the largest diameter wood. The largest tree trunks were cut into 6-foot lengths and stacked neatly on the side of my property, where I requested. They cleaned the area where the trees were cut and I can hardly notice they were there. I will definitely use them again.

It was easy to schedule an estimate and Wilber came out on a Saturday which better fit our schedule. The team was professional and cleaned up thoroughly. They even cleaned up the branches that had fallen previously. Our yard looked great when they left. Would definitely re-hire.

Over a two-day period, Wilber & crew trimmed away dead wood and up-limbed about 20 trees and also removed one. Everything went well and the crew did a good job cleaning up debris.
