These guys are fantastic! Finished the job in less than 4 hours. Ground the fallen tree and NO debris was left behind. I swear these guys must have swept the street. Highly recommend Wilber and crew. Very polite and professional. Our side hedge fence looks amazing! Wilber is the ultimate professional - we asked if there was a recommendation to trim hedge fence #2 in back. Most service providers would have jumped at the chance for an additional charge. Wilber said No. Leave that for another year or so. How many service providers do that? Limited. Go with Wilber. It went well, however, they left the grind of the tree trunk at the location. They did not clean it up.

Wilber Turcios, the owner, and his crew were professional and very thorough in performing the work. He brought a huge Vermeer commercial tree shredder that can shred whole trees as well as a powerful Vermeer Stump Grinding machine to perform the shredding and stump grinding part of the work. These powerful machines allowed him quickly process the trees and stumps once he had felled them. Wilber then made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I was very impressed with Wilber's skill, professionalism, and thoroughness, and have no hesitation in recommending him highly.

Wilbur is excellent! We have used his services for the past 2-3 years, including the removal of approximately 8 large trees from our property. He consistently does professional work for very competitive pricing. Wilbur promptly responds to our service calls and takes time to listen to our concerns. He also accommodates our busy schedules. Because he is so dependable and dedicated to customer satisfaction, we plan to continue using his services and recommending him to our neighbors.

Wilber was very fast in getting my job done. I emailed him through his website on Monday, met him for an estimate on Tuesday, and the job was complete of Wednesday. He was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The work was done while I wasn't home, so I cannot comment on the crew themselves. They left my yard looking very good, and did everything I asked. I was pleased with the work Wilber performed and would recommend him to others.

I was very impressed with the work performed by Mr. Turcios and his crew at Service Tree Care. First, they removed two large dead trees situated on the property line behind our back fence. With my neighbor's permission, the men were able to gain access to the trees through their back yard. The men were careful to lay plywood boards along the path from my neighbor's driveway to their backyard so as not to damage their lawn and they took care not to damage our fence. When they were done, all the trunk pieces and limb debris were removed and passed through a chipper. The men used a blower to fluff up the grass where the boards had been placed and to clear off the driveway. You would never have known they had been there. Next, they pruned three healthy trees in my yard, removing just enough growth to lift the canopy and and to clear limbs overhanging the roof line. Again, all the cut branches were passed through the chipper and the yard debris was cleaned up. Mr. Turcious was very professional and responsive. Before contracting this work, I requested proof of insurance, and he complied promptly. His price was very reasonable compared to two other estimates I received for this work. I chose Service Tree Company because it had received glowing reviews on Angie's List, the price was affordable, and Mr. Turcios appeared to be an honest and conscientious business owner. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Overall, I am pleased with the service. As fall is a busy time of year for yard improvements, getting a quote was a little challenging. So we opted to do the quote via pictures and set the date for removal. My schedule is flexible, so no particular time window was arranged. The staff showed up around noon, proceeded to remove the stumps immediately and after removal evenly distributed the chips into the surrounding soil.

Great. On time, pleasant, careful to not damage yard or other foliage. Cleaned up beyond my expectation. Good price.

Wilber was outstanding! He's incredibly responsive and he was very competitive with his pricing. He sent me a copy of his license and worker's comp insurance through email. In addition, he gave me all the info I needed to contact his insurance company so they could provide me with a certificate of his insurance. They did everything they said they would for the price, and I would absolutely use them again!

They performed everything that was discussed. They were very professional, on-time and courteous. We would use them in the future for any similar project.

We contacted Service Tree Care on Tuesday through Angie's List, scheduled the appointment on Wednesday and the work was done by noon on Thursday. We are very happy with the work done and very pleased with how our backyard was cleaned up afterward. Very professional and friendly team. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

This is the second time I have used Service Tree Care Company within two weeks; first for stump grinding, and this time cut down big tree close to the house, big limb and trim many branches. WilberTurcios, owner involved from the estimate to finish the job, it went very smoothly. He is a very nice and easy to work with, and he will go extra miles to please a customer. He responded in timely manner. Wilber & his crew were very professional, courteous, and very effective. They worked very hard & did excellent job. The estimate was very competitive. Left our properties clean. I will recommend highly their service to other people. I will use their service again in the future.

Had used another service to have a few large healthy trees trimmed last fall. Shortly after the work was done the bark began to fall off and the trees started dying! I was afraid they would fall on the house, but I did not want to use the same service. Went to Angie's list looking for a local service. After reading the wonderful reviews for Service Tree Care I called and left a message. Wilbur called me back in less than 30 minutes. He wanted to come out right away to look at the job and since I was home he was in my yard in about 30 minutes. We walked around and looked at the trees in question and he made his recommendations about how the work should be done. Since there is woods all around I asked that the branches be put in the wood where they could not be seen. He said you won't see them during the summer while the leaves were out, but in the winter they would be an eye sore. He wanted to chip them and put the chippings in the woods so it would not be visible in the winter. He said no additional charge for the chipping, he wanted to do it properly and said he knew I would be happier if they were chipped. He said they would cut the trees in reasonably sized pieces and stack in the woods. Also we needed a stump ground up in the front yard. We sat on my deck and talked about family and children while he wrote up the estimate which totaled $1,400. Wilbur was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with Wilbur, I could tell he was an honest man trying to make a living doing a good job for his customers. We agreed on the job and scheduled the work for 2 days later. Later that same day he called back to ask if he could bring the team that afternoon to show them the work to be done. He said on the scheduled day he would be a few minutes late from a previously scheduled meeting and wanted to be sure they knew what the job entailed. His crew arrived as agreed and the work started. We watched with amazement. Everything was done in such an efficient manner and each crew member knew their role. The stump was ground out, the chips removed and dirt raked out level. When all work was completed they used a blower on the sidewalk and driveway to tidy up. All of their equipment from rakes and shovels to chain saws were very well maintained. The truck and large pull behind chipper were clean and everything gave a very professional appearance. Can you tell I have found my forever tree service? I will never use anyone but Service Tree Care in the future! Wilber and company are the "real deal"!

I was worried that no one would be able to get the grinding equipment up my steep hill and inside the fence area. It was challenging but they did it. I had three hug stumps that were rotting that they cleared. They cut back four trees. The two ares that were covered in ivey, bamboo, and who knows what else.

I want to return the big deal on tree stump removal offered by Service Tree Care. I purchased it on July 14. The contractor came and said he could not do the work, and asked me to contact Angie's list for return.

Amazing, really. We received 3 estimates and Wilber was a lot cheaper than the other two. He responded immediately to my inquiry for an estimate, came out the following day as promised and provided the estimate in e-mail that day. We scheduled the work for two days later. They (3 workers) came promptly at 8:30 and had the work completed in less than an hour. They cut down the tree and shred it in the chipper they brought. They used a stump grinder to remove the stumps and big roots. Then used and ax for the other roots. After they finished, they raked the area and then even used a blower to sweep the sidewalk and driveway. Way more than I expected. My property was cleaner when they left then when they came. They were clean, professional and courteous. I will use them again if the need arises.

Fantastic job! Responsive within 24 hours to email, gave us the best price out of 4 estimates, was on time for the job, got it done in half a day, and left our property clean with chips from the grinding as mulch where the stumps were. Pretty much perfection - highly recommended!

I purchased the big deal for stump removal. Wilbur was very prompt and courteous with his follow-up and within 2 days of purchasing the Big Deal, he had removed the stump. I will be considering him for additional work.

Amazing! We were very impressed with Service Tree. They were timely, professional and offering quality work. Wilbur came out and gave me a quote for a difficult job. We had two massive oak trees that needed to be removed. One was in our neighbors back yard, on a ridge that was towering over our home. The neighbor gave us permission to remove the tree, however she did not want her yard disturbed and we were determined to find a company that would do the work carefully to not further damage a number of dog wood trees, flowers and bushes and a fence that could become casualties in the removal. All other companies wanted to use cranes, which would get the job done quickly, but ruin the yards. On the day of the tree removal, I was not home. My neighbor (who's tree it was) watched them work, climbing the try (no spikes) and the service was done so artfully and correctly. I had workmen at my home who called me to say they had never seen someone be that careful in taking a tree down. Upon my return home, Service Tree Care had removed all remnants of the trees without any damage to either house or yard. Service ground the stumps to below ground level and removed the chips. They did such a great job I asked them to prune my holly tree and to spread some mulch (they made it) on the kids playground. They will be coming back in the fall to help seed our lawn, as they also do lawn care too. I am very happy with Service Tree Care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services.

It went great. From the time I emailed an estimate request to the time the work was completed totaled one week. It only took that long because we had snow. Wilber was very professional, provided great service at a reasonable price, and did everything quickly, I would highly recommend him to others and use him again in the future.

Wilber and crew came out the day we agreed on, it was going to be a 2 day job. They got it all done in 1 day and cleaned up the entire area. They gave me all the mulch too. Going to have these guys back soon. Great job all around and good price.

Wilber & his crew did an amazing job . . . at a very fair price. Pruned dead wood and some other branches out of roughly 15 large trees around my house. They showed up on time, did the work over two days, brought a chipper to deal with the branches & debris, cleaned up the yard when finished, and were accommodating about a few special requests. A great experience overall, and I'd definitely hire them again.

Amazing! I don't know what I was expecting, but I was very impressed with the actions of this company. Timely, professional, and truly amazing service. He came out and gave me a quote that was less than half of a competitor. Keep in mind, I didn't mention previous quotes, so there was no downward pressure on the price. On the day of the tree removal, I was not home. My neighbor told me later that afternoon that the service was done so artfully that he just stood and watched them! Upon my return home, Service Tree Care had removed all remnants of the trees without any damage to the house or yard. Three days later, I received a knock on my door - Service was ready to grind the stumps of the two trees, and grind they did! My kids were thrilled, my wife impressed, and I was left smiling. Service ground the stumps to below ground level and removed the chips, cleaned up the area, and were done in less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with Service Tree Care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services. Period.

Based on quotes received, and Angie's List recommendation, we chose this company. After providing an estimate, Wilber, the owner, called to follow-up and schedule services. The crew arrived on time, and had the tree down within a few hours. They were all polite and considerate and had a professional presence. They returned the next day to remove the tree stumps. We feel that we got excellent service and a very good price. After they were done mulching, I asked if I could keep the mulch, and they dumped it in the location we agreed to. I would highly recommend this company and will use their services again if needed.
