I got quotes from several contractors, some were bigger chains. They tried to only sell me an entire house system with all the bells and whistles and wouldn't even waste their time sending me info to just replace the outside unit which was the only part broken. R&S Refrigeration listened to my needs, gave me ALL the options, low, middle, and high. His prices were under the big chains, and his service was rapid and oustanding even in the heat. I even had an issue, my own fault, because I closed my vents the wrong way and called him. He came out to my house in a matter of minutes to check on the new unit. He was wonderful to work with.

We felt this company was very honest and did not want to gouge us the price of the product or labor on our install of the AC/Furnace. The job was well done and is the labor is warrantied for up to 5 years. We had 5 bids and this one, by far, was the best choice. Also, unbeknownst to us came recommended by people that have used him and we were unaware of this when we initially received the quote. Only after the fact had we heard fantastic recommendations.
