This company socks, they claim they have 27 years of business. But I swear this company is not good. I have been waiting for almost 4 months for them to come and fixed my pit and discharge line,up till now they haven't fix my issues. They took my deposit, the lady scheduling the appointment doesn't know what she is doing. Scheduled the technician to my house without the proper note. They are very unprofessional. Spoke to her supervisor which was Rick, promise to take care of my issue a s a p, but never reached out to me. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the company. All they care is how to charge and take your money not getting the job done. I hard a bigger project which I was charged over $10000 done with them last October, less than a month sump pump got broken they had to replace it and charge me an extra $2000 just to put a new. Of which I was surposed To be covered with the warranty. I wouldn't recommend JES to anyone. Management is full of crap and ********. I am just sick and tired of them I wish I hadn't did this work and gave my money to them.

The project went very well. I did not know what the problem was so I contacted JES. They sent an estimator to diagnose the problem. He asked me questions and then analyzed the site. He explained there were no signs of damage to the outer foundation wall and that the cracks in the floor suggested that space had developed between the bottom of the slab and the dirt below. He showed me the "tilt" (my term) in the floor on either side of the cracks. I scheduled a concrete lift package. Another company did the internal utility marking. The project was conducted by Vince, who was punctual, professional, hardworking, and helpful. Overall, I rate this as a very successful engagement. There is a 5-year warranty, which I won't need if the solution proves to be as good as the service.

They did a great job and saved my porch and house from what could have resulted in severe damage.

I am still waiting for them to get it right and fix the issue . The structure foundation is not completed, Failed inspection for 4 to 5 times. The walls and the floors cannot be completed my kitchen and bathroom because its not secure. They started the job September 2020 and its already May 2021. I have no functional kitchen and bathroom since September 2020 to present and this really an inconvenient. This is the first time to put a review because I have more than patient to them.

My first experience with JES was exceptional and superb. Howard Glancy was able to give me a meticulous and comprehensive overview of what needed to be done to my home in order to rectify the dire situation it is currently in. I have great hopes that JES can resolve my home's foundation issues.

Went excellent. Concrete slabs at garage doors had settled 3 to 6 inches. I had to build ramps in order to pull cars into garage bays. The concrete jacking has solved that issue. No more ramps needed. Excellent JES staff provided the service. And the work is guaranteed for 5 years. How often do you see that in this industry?!

JES has done multiple projects (inside and out) at our Capitol Hill home for 20 years, and we continue to go back to them due to employees like James Teixeira, the JES General Manager in the Manassas, VA, location. James is exceptional. His professionalism, and his extensive knowledge of construction and of waterproofing are impressive. James was instrumental in fixing a complicated issue at our house. Equally important to us was his personal character - his integrity, kindness, and incredible patience (again, it was a complex and time sensitive project). He is respectful towards everyone. We have dealt with dozens of contractors/vendors in the DC metro area, and James Teixeira is truly one of the best. He is thorough, very responsive, and he goes above and beyond. Construction and water issues can be extremely stressful, but when you are in James' care, his competence and commitment to customer satisfaction give you peace mind. We are most grateful for James and JES.

03/15/21 RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service and bad reviews. Our neighbors used them, very dissatisfied with the work, and can not get them to return their phone calls or make good on the BAD work. We signed a contract with them and cancelled within the 3 day period. They would not issue the refund until we spoke with the salesperson. When I said there was no reason to speak with the salesperson, they transferred me to him anyway. The sales personal was rude and unprofessional and wanted to argue about the cancellation and then he hung-up. We called our credit card company and filed a dispute to get our deposit refunded. Please read the reviews, they will tell you all you need to know about JES. Below is an example of the unprofessional, irresponsible culture of the JES company. When a certified, return receipt requested letter was mailed to JES Company requesting a full refund of our deposit, the signature on the delivery receipt is “COVID19.” Just another example of the way JES does business. The deposit was received, but only after threatening JES with a law suit and contacting our local TV station.

Our front stoop was sagging a bit and our neighbor referred JES. Bryan and Austin were very professional and knowledgeable. They knocked out the job in about an hour. I would highly recommend them!

Bryan and Austin Rutherford led the work and did a great job explaining what they were going to do, and walking through the results and answering any questions i had afterwards. In addition, had underground drain pipes installed on all four corners of house, great job.

I used JES once before this for crawlspace encapsulation and they did a great job, so I called them again when I needed structural work under my house and a new dehumidifier for my large crawlspace. The team was led by Rafael and Kendall who did an excellent job and left the area cleaner than it started when they were done. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Two sets of piers (one on front side and other on the side) were installed 4 months a part. Both installations went well. One side of the house was 1 3/4" lower than the other. JES was able lift that side 1" to reduce asymmetry. Jaime and DeShawn were incredibly professional and detailed in their explanations when we had questions.

Jes was actually more expensive then a couple other proposals we received, but my wife and I were most imprest with their presentation and their proposed engineering technology fix. They spent 3 hours reviewing/accessing the basement issue and drafted cost and contract during this initial visit (no waiting for call back with a proposal). The team who did the work were highly knowledgable, polite, unobtrusive, and left the basement spotless after completing their work. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and happy we went with the more costly proposal.

Marvelous. Expectations were set with the initial visit. Follow up was provided. Work started as schedule. The team was wonderful and answered all of my questions. They were as careful as possible to keep my house clean beyond the expected dust and dirt. I would recommend them to anyone.
